I really like the approval process and the communication with the AP department. I can see all the coding on the screen, see the invoice, and then approve it or capture mistakes. It's very easy to use, and it has a great communication dialogue feature between me and AP. The system simplifies the AP portion of our business, allowing for very easy communication anytime with the accounts payable department because it provides 24/7 access. Regardless of how busy the days get, we can do it pretty much anywhere by logging in. I like that Medius works well with our Microsoft single sign-on, making it very easy to use. Additionally, it simplifies the AP reconciliation process, eliminating the need for manual Excel ledgers and allowing us to catch mistakes and issues more efficiently. I also love that the setup is very easy, and the AP department likes the program. I would give it a 10, as I love the system.

I really like how Medius' Autonomous AP has shifted our workflow from managing an entire process to just managing exceptions, which has dramatically changed our role from being data processors to data overseers. The Two Invoice learning curve and Medius Copilot, as well as the supplier conversations, are also standout features.
