**What do you like best about MediaPlatform?**

We like how easy it is to incorporate video into our daily business practices now, both internally and externally. Video is such an important part of engaging business practices in today's day and age, but it isn't always the easiest to produce or post. MediaPlatform helps minimize some of the barriers we were experiencing by providing an easy way to produce and post webinars and other videos.

**What do you dislike about MediaPlatform?**

The price is pretty steep, so you really have to determine if it is worth it for your specific business. If you aren't producing multiple videos a month it is difficult to justify the constant cost. 

**Recommendations to others considering MediaPlatform:**

You really have to consider if the cost is worth it for your business. Board members and prospects may be impressed, but if you're taking too much time producing videos where it's not necessary, you may not want to bother with it. Additionally, you have to look at the size of your company to determine how necessary internally communication tools really are.

**What problems is MediaPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in a relationship oriented industry, so face to face connection is important. However, most of our clients are in other states or even international. It's difficult to travel and see them on a regular basis. Using video capabilities through MediaPlatform allowed us to foster even better relationships and connections. Additionally, being in the financial services industry, high-quality video for graphs, etc. as well as interactive tools is important. MediaPlatform allows for these things in a way that was previously only easy to accomplish through in-person presentations and engagement.
