For me as an administrator, I like the ease of being able to manage our different clients, because of their straight forward UI. I also like that I can setup account admins and let them manage the clients that way as well. It is designed in a way that allows for the non-technical user to understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to use. Rapid and good email customer service. Whenever have a question they are relatively quick to answer and have answers that are easy to implement and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
