"Quality call tracking experience"

What do you like best about Marchex?

Marchex is a top notch call tracking solution that allows for integration into many platforms such as Marin and Acquisio, which can be helpful for any type of client reporting. Also, the ability to reverse proxy if a client has a harder time making site changes can help the implementation process and getting around road blocks for integrating a call tracking solution. What do you dislike about Marchex?

The main dislike is its lack of CRM integration. Currently, their support of CRMs are limited and with a lot of clients leaning on other management systems, it makes it more difficult to integrate Marchex into their lead capture experience directly. Other than this, the platform does well at integrating across analytics and search platforms to integrate reporting and performance monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Marchex:

Marchex is a top-notch call-tracking option with a lot of features and opportunities to integrate into reporting platforms, analytics, and salesforce. That, with its ability for detailed mobile tracking and IVR and "DNA" reporting for calls, its a platform worth pricing out for your business or agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Marchex solving and how is that benefiting you?

The hardest part about lead generation is cross-platform and detailed call reporting. Marchex gives that with its keyword recognition on mobile to give insight into the keywords triggering calls along with a much better, automatic integration into search campaigns. The auto-update feature when accounts change, is a big help in delivering quick turn around on call tracking in order to not lose out on lead generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marchex?

There can be cross browser issues using their dashboard. I believe I.E. doesn't display right. My fault for using that in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
