I find communication on the admin side a bit confusing because the emails from our representatives all come from the same 'customer success' email address. This makes it difficult to track who I'm speaking with. Additionally, Lively HSA emails often end up in spam or junk folders, which complicates the process of setting up staff initially as they sometimes can't find the necessary emails. I also wish for a more seamless integration where employees' elected contributions directly sync with payroll. As an employer plan administrator and personal user of Lively, I am pleased with the ease of use and implementation we had during our change from another provider. We also had a wonderful customer service representative assigned to us who was always quick to respond and had the answer quickly. We rarely have employee complaints over Lively, and when something comes up, the portal is easy to navigate to find the answers for both personal use and admin duties.
