**What do you like best about Lively HSA?**

I primarily use Lively HSA for saving on out-of-pocket medical expenses and it's great that I can put money away tax-free for medical costs or emergencies. I really like the convenience of having a savings account with a debit card that can be used anytime at a healthcare facility. This gives me peace of mind knowing we have enough funds to cover out-of-pocket medical costs. The initial setup was seamless for me too.

**What do you dislike about Lively HSA?**

Nothing to note here. So far, everything functions as expected.

I use Lively HSA to save money tax-free for medical expenses and emergencies. It provides peace of mind by ensuring funds cover medical costs, and the debit card offers convenience for payments at healthcare facilities.

I feel that Lively HSA is one of the easier HSA accounts I have used in the past. Their website is very user-friendly, and it's easy to use. I like the home screen because it immediately tells you what your balance is as soon as you log in, which is important to me. Additionally, Lively helps me reduce my taxes, and I can easily see deductions and credits to my account.

I am not the biggest fan of Lively COBRA. I have not had the same experience, responsiveness, and helpfulness as I have the other side of Lively.

**What problems is Lively HSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More visibility for employees into their HSA account. Our past provider website was slow and hard to use, so it did not feel accessible. Employees can request their own HSA replacement cards, i love that. The more an employee can do on their own, the less my overburdened workload has to resolve requests.

**What do you like best about Lively HSA?**

I find Lively HSA incredibly efficient for managing employee HSA accounts. The process of registering new employees is quick and seamless, as I only need to log in, enter their information, and it gets sent to them for final registration. Once they've registered, I just need their account number to integrate everything into our HRIS. It's that simple. Rarely do I face any issues regarding employees accessing their accounts, which speaks to the service's reliability. I regularly review reports from Lively HSA to ensure everything functions smoothly, and the access to these reports provides me with a sense of reassurance that all processes are underway correctly. What also adds value is how seamless the initial setup was; it demanded little time and effort from our end, and the platform's intuitiveness meant that minimal training was needed. Overall, the ease of use, efficiency in registration and account access, and the simplicity of the initial setup are standout features that make Lively HSA valuable to me.

I really like that Lively HSA is very easy to set up, which required only about two hours worth of phone calls to get started. The ease of setup made the system friendly for our users, particularly because HSAs were a new concept in our organization. Many of our employees were not familiar with HSAs, and the straightforward setup removed any hassle they might have faced. Additionally, I appreciate the good customer service provided by Lively HSA. The support team has been helpful, offering excellent assistance to both human resources and employees who had questions about their HSA accounts. The support quality ensures that anyone with inquiries can get timely and accurate information. The user experience is another aspect I value, as it enabled our employees to transition quickly to using Lively HSA. I appreciate Lively HSA's user-friendly interface, which significantly reduces the time I need to spend monitoring individual accounts. Its direct integration with our payroll system, Paycom, eliminates the necessity for manual contribution submissions, streamlining the whole process. I also value the swift and efficient reimbursement process provided by Lively HSA, allowing operations to proceed smoothly and promptly. As an administrator, this efficiency greatly reduces the frequent need to interact with employees about account management, as they can handle many tasks independently, minimizing back-and-forth communications. It's this empowerment and ease of use that truly stand out for me.

**What do you dislike about Lively HSA?**

I find communication on the admin side a bit confusing because the emails from our representatives all come from the same 'customer success' email address. This makes it difficult to track who I'm speaking with. Additionally, Lively HSA emails often end up in spam or junk folders, which complicates the process of setting up staff initially as they sometimes can't find the necessary emails. I also wish for a more seamless integration where employees' elected contributions directly sync with payroll. Currently, only payroll contributions sync from our payroll administrators to the Lively system, not the changes made by employees within Lively.

I use Lively HSA to eliminate manual monitoring and submission of HSA accounts. It syncs with our payroll system, is user-friendly, quick with reimbursements, and reduces back-and-forth with employees, streamlining administrative tasks.

Lively is easy to use.  The platform flows well and is intuitive.  I've had to submit receipts for reimbursement when I wasn't able to use my card and it was seamless and I received the money back quickly.

**What do you dislike about Lively HSA?**

Lively does a good job of being easy to follow without alot of instructions.  However, if additional help is needed, their customer support is great.

It is offering a product that helps people get more value from their HSA dollars.  Anything that has a return to the employee is good.

I dislike that when you have a lively account not attached to a company, you pay no fees.  As soon as it's attached to a company, fees kick in.

Lively is just a company that provides reimbursement accounts for medical expenses that my staff utilizes.

As an employer plan administrator and personal user of Lively, I am pleased with the ease of use and implementation we had during our change from another provider. We also had a wonderful customer service representative assigned to us who was always quick to respond and had the answer quickly. We rarely have employee complaints over Lively, and when something comes up, the portal is easy to navigate to find the answers for both personal use and admin duties.

**What do you dislike about Lively HSA?**

I have used Lively since January 2024, and I have yet to find something that I didn't like about it.

Nothing at the moment, but I can always rely on the team to solve it within 1-2 business days.

The required code that's sent to our personal phones to log in is a bit tedious, but I understand the additional precaution.

Lively HSA's software is so much easier to use than our previous software. The contributions are easy to fill and pulling reports are an ease.

I love how easy it is to upload and make additional contributions. I have not had to use the customer support since I have had no issue with their site.

Very informative, easy, and very helpful system, I think anyone who wants to trial it should definitely check out the lively And see the greatness that it offers. I have to say it is one of the best out.

**What do you like best about Lively HSA?**

In the past we needed all of our employees go into a bank bvranch to set up a HSA account that we would be able to deposit into.  along with this, the bank required them to open a separte savings or checking. Then I would have to physically go to a branch and deposit their company contribution into the account. This was a monthly nightmare and many employees took months to get set up. Now it is painless and done from a Smart phone or computer. THANK YOU!

**What do you like best about Lively HSA?**

I spent close to a year searching for a modern platform for administering benefits until I came across Lively. My company is using it for commuter benefits and I've been impressed from start to finish. Their platform allows employees to manage their contributions themselves. Onboarding was quick, we were up and running in less than two weeks. Our Customer Success Manager has been with us from the start and was able to get the platform customized to our needs.

I haven't had any issues with the platform as of yet.

Nothing I can think of at this time. Maybe just a refresh on the website; websites these days are all trending towards UX/CX and there might be an opportunity to streamline what you have.

**What do you like best about Lively HSA?**

Nothing.  My experience with Lively has been very upsetting, stressful and they have failed to deliver in every conceivable way.  I could not be more disappointed in their services.

**What do you dislike about Lively HSA?**

My experience with Lively has been absolutely awful.   I opened up an HSA account with Lively who partnered with my bank.  I added funds to the account in preparation for my husband's upcoming surgery and waited to receive the debit card.  The surgery is tomorrow.  I have never received the debit card.  I have called and emailed Lively and they were supposed to expedite a new card and send it overnight.   Well....they managed to screw that up too and are unable to get a tracking number for reasons unbeknownst to me.  They are no saying it is possible the card will not arrive until Saturday and the surgery is on Friday.   My funds are trapped in this account due to Lively's bumbling incompetence and unprofessionalism.

I never received my debit card.  I requested a replacement expedited/overnighted to me and they managed to screw that up as well.  Now funds set aside in my hsa are unavailable for my husband's surgery tomorrow.

Lively HSA provided a straight-forward flexible HSA solution for our company, without some of the complexities of the offerings of providers tied to our insurance programs/providers.  The interface has been clean and simple to use from the first day and has provided complete transparency in the processing of transactions coming out and contributions going it.

When we first engaged with the platform, it was easy to enroll the team, enroll their contribution accounts, and establish a routine for updating as needed.

Since we are a smaller company, the simple framework made for easy integration with our accounting practices for company participation.

At this point, we have not experienced any adverse situations in our use of Lively HSA, the website or the App.

I have loved the simplicity and ease of use of Lively HSA. The app is smooth and user friendly and resources are available at the touch of a button. I am also the plan administrator for our company and have been happy with the service we have received with enrolling staff in their HSA accounts.

The ONLY issue i've had was when we initially enrolled I was told a different pricing per user when we went to enroll versus when we were initially quoted- I asked and it was researched and corrected immediately.

The platform itself is extremely easy to use.  The implementation specialist was very helpful and available for my questions. All features that are available in other bigger name payroll vendors are available here but in a more user-friendly package for my employees.

The payroll date for contribution changes is a little unclear sometimes.  As a smaller business, we do not meet the minimum fee and therefore, the platform itself is a little bit pricey.

What do we like best about Lively HSA? Discounts due to completely electronic experience.  It was so easy to implement to our team.  The online user resources are self explanatory and uncomplicated.  Customer support at your fingertips with same day response.  We access our online portal weekly on the managment side, and I access my own portal as a customer daily to check receipts, balances, and spending.  Lively makes integration so simple and easy!

I like the website interface.  I think it's clear and easy to use.  I appreciate the focus on being able to help employees transfer their funds over to Lively from previous HSAs.

implementation has been not good.  We have had 3 customer support people.  There was little transition from the first to the 2nd, so we had to start some conversations all over again.  The current person we have has been the most helpful, and hopefully that continues.

So far, it is the same or less helpful than our previous provider.  I am hoping that this improves with time.

We have had Lively HSA for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say that I haven't experienced a single downside yet, on the employer or employee side.

I love how easy it was to set up our account with LIvely. The account manager is always quick to respond if there is a question. The employees also love the ease of use, from setting up recurring or one-time payments. I can check in to the account anytime I need to review invoices and employee accounts. It has been a seamless process with our HRIS integrations.
