My experience with Lively has been very upsetting, stressful and they have failed to deliver in every conceivable way. I opened up an HSA account with Lively who partnered with my bank. I added funds to the account in preparation for my husband's upcoming surgery and waited to receive the debit card. The surgery is tomorrow. I have never received the debit card. I have called and emailed Lively and they were supposed to expedite a new card and send it overnight. Well....they managed to screw that up too and are unable to get a tracking number for reasons unbeknownst to me. They are no saying it is possible the card will not arrive until Saturday and the surgery is on Friday. My funds are trapped in this account due to Lively's bumbling incompetence and unprofessionalism. **What problems is Lively HSA solving and how is that benefiting you?** I never received my debit card. I requested a replacement expedited/overnighted to me and they managed to screw that up as well.
