I find communication on the admin side a bit confusing because the emails from our representatives all come from the same 'customer success' email address. This makes it difficult to track who I'm speaking with. Additionally, Lively HSA emails often end up in spam or junk folders, which complicates the process of setting up staff initially as they sometimes can't find the necessary emails. I also wish for a more seamless integration where employees' elected contributions directly sync with payroll.
