I really appreciate Lively HSA's customer service. They are remarkably responsive and helpful for both employers and employees, which significantly enhances the user experience. The file feed feature is another aspect I find valuable because it eliminates the need for manual uploads, simplifying the process for me. Additionally, the initial setup of Lively HSA was very easy, thanks to the assigned representative who was both responsive and supportive throughout the process. It would be nice if Lively has a direct integration with iSolved HCM. Since there isn't one, we have to pay a third party to get data from iSolved into Lively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also understand the desire for a more direct connection with iSolved. Lively can and has worked directly with iSolved to support secure file feed setup where applicable. That said, in some cases, a payroll or HCM provider may license HSA/FSA technology from another party, and that provider may determine how the file feed is configured and whether any related costs are passed along to the employer. Those decisions and fees would be part of that provider’s structure, not Lively’s.

Lively is easy to use. The platform flows well and is intuitive. I've had to submit receipts for reimbursement when I wasn't able to use my card and it was seamless and I received the money back quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an employer plan administrator and personal user of Lively, I am pleased with the ease of use and implementation we had during our change from another provider. We also had a wonderful customer service representative assigned to us who was always quick to respond and had the answer quickly. We rarely have employee complaints over Lively, and when something comes up, the portal is easy to navigate to find the answers for both personal use and admin duties.
