Once they've registered, I just need their account number to integrate everything into our HRIS. It's that simple. Rarely do I face any issues regarding employees accessing their accounts, which speaks to the service's reliability. I regularly review reports from Lively HSA to ensure everything functions smoothly, and the access to these reports provides me with a sense of reassurance that all processes are underway correctly. What also adds value is how seamless the initial setup was; it demanded little time and effort from our end, and the platform's intuitiveness meant that minimal training was needed. Overall, the ease of use, efficiency in registration and account access, and the simplicity of the initial setup are standout features that make Lively HSA valuable to me.
