Using Lively HSA is super easy and the app is very easy to navigate. I have not had any issues finding what I need when I need it. It was also easy to connect my bank account to the app. I also appreciated how easy it was to get a replacement card when I lost mine. I also like that it has an eligibility scanner built into it.
