The sync speed is instantaneous between QBO and Google Sheets, which allows for easy last minute updates to financials. This software is definitely a time saver. Whenever I have questions or run into problems, I utilize their in-app support chat. LiveFlow is not only very responsive but they have helped me figure out ways to build several custom reports. **What do you dislike about LiveFlow?** Budget vs Actual reports do take more time to build out since the budget data doesn't pull directly from QBO. However, there are work arounds to this and we utilize BvA reports via Index, Match, Match formulas which LiveFlow support helped us build so they would work properly. **What problems is LiveFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** LiveFlow allows us to work within live financial statements during the review process of our monthly close. Updates in QBO are synced instantaneously with our LiveFlow reports until we lock both QBO and the LiveFlow reports. ### 2. The product is easy to use, refreshes are easy to manage and the time savings is immediate. I work with a suite of different clients through Quickbooks and LiveFLow makes it easy to toggle between clients and use different field information for specific clients. I also appreciate their customer service. Very responsive and are always looking for new ways help clients get more out of the product. **What do you dislike about LiveFlow?** The formatting of some of the canned reports need to be modified for a cleaner appearance depending on the client. The good thing is that the team constantly comes out with new templates and features. I have one account and multiple QBO connects... however, I pay one lump sum. It save me and my team 20-30 hours per month and is the perfect blend of a canned FP&A solution and Microsoft Excel and G Sheets. Their support team is also AMAZING and they are very open to user feedback to improve their product. Recently I asked for a new report to be added, and their dev team had it turned around within the week. Long live LiveFlow! **What do you dislike about LiveFlow?** I honestly have yet to come across any shortcomings about live flow. I wish they had more tutorials around how to visualize data within Looker Studio, but that would ultimately just be a "nice to have" and has nothing to do about the shortcomings related to the product. **What problems is LiveFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is automating a lot of financial reporting use cases I have for my client base and enables me to easily incorporate actuals and historical data into my financial models. ### 22. This saves so much time and all you need for updated financials is refresh the LiveFlow reports. **What do you dislike about LiveFlow?** I don't have any downsides to LiveFlow. The staff quickly responds if there are questions and the tutorials on the web are so helpful. Even within the templates from LiveFlow, YouTube tutorial links are embedded to help users if needed. **What problems is LiveFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** LiveFlow cuts down on time spent preparing financials. In addition, we are using it to expedite the budgeting process. During client-facing meetings, there is no longer a need to toggle between QBO and Sheets to ensure we have real-time data. **What do you dislike about LiveFlow?** The only thing I can think of right now is I wish there was a way that when a report was refreshed instead of overwriting the entire sheet it only pulled in new info and added it to the last column in the report. The use case for this is a list that you want to add a note column to.
