It really expands the modeling capabilities you have in Sheets. The drill down option is great especially when working on multiple client accounts so you don't have to keep switching QBO files. **What do you dislike about LiveFlow?** I did like the pop-up window a bit more than the new side dashboard. It gets a bit cluttered when you have lots of reports in a model. I also wish there was a way to mark reports as "locked" so they don't update when I hit "refresh all". **What problems is LiveFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have significantly fewer input tabs to deal with and it let's me create larger models with fewer working parts. It is particularly helpful in cutting down the amount of hardcoding required thanks to the retroactive updating and QBO linkage. ### 18. It gives us the ability to share current, accurate financials with key players without the need to login or even have access to our accounting software. We can show a consolidated view of all companies in our portfolio even though each has a separate QuickBooks company. I also love that we can group any companies together into individual workspaces to customize reports for each unique leader. It also allows custom reporting to show uniquely selected pieces of the GL. Furthermore, being able to drill into the numbers to see the data and seamlessly click into QuickBooks if necessary is incredibly helpful! The onboarding process was fantastic as well. High level of support and follow up. They even had a member of the dev team join to learn ways they may be able to increase value and meet the needs of their customers. Honestly super impressed with everyone on the team, their knowledge and goal to be the highest value product they can be. **What do you dislike about LiveFlow?** Mapping the GL accounts on set up is slighly time consuming but even this aspect is reasonable. **What problems is LiveFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** LifeFlow allows us to provide detailed and up the the minute financials to key players in the organization that don't live in QuickBooks like the finance team does. Leaders are able to get the information they need to make decisions right from a spreadsheet. The product itself is very advanced, I've looked around on the market for something that is able to integrate with Xero and only have found Liveflow. Currently, I am still integrating Liveflow into our systems but the team are instant with responses and immediately reply. They are always asking in ways we can improve/request for new features to add to the system. Lastly, I think for the price, what they offer is worth the $$$. I'm an accountant with no formal training in data modeling so I've spent more time than I would liket to admit just learning how to access and pull the data I needed to analyze and share. I like to run comparative analysis of our monthly financials and Liveflow has cut my time doing that in half by having all my formulas already created and updated everytime there is a change in QBO.
