**What do you like best about Lime Engage?**

There was an advantage of using Lime Engage because our company relies mostly on Lime CRM, and Lime Engage integrates with it.  It also enables the simple creation and running of a customer engagement campaign within the Lime CRM envelope.

**What do you dislike about Lime Engage?**

There seems to be somewhat less liberty when it comes to Lime Engage’s integration with other data sources.  Integration with data from other applications, such as a marketing automation tool or a customer loyalty program, might be difficult.

**What problems is Lime Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For enterprises that are already using Lime CRM, Lime Engage is a convenient tool for organizing and launching customer solicitations.  important information on the customers is real-time synchronized with Lime CRM, which significantly improves the design of campaigns.
