**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

Allows you to create animated leaderboards for different objectives, such as performance, sales, calls, etc., to monitor the progress of employees and work teams. Allows you to view leaderboards, competitions and other software activities on mobile devices, computer and TV screen. It also has a reward points counter, to know and verify the accumulated points of each team and increase competitiveness among them.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

Sometimes it fails to perform real-time synchronization of the progress of the teams, which does not prevent us from seeing how the competition is going. I also feel that the system slows down a little when we are entering information on the progress of the teams. The configuration of the boards can be challenging the first time, but then it becomes easier with practice.

**Recommendations to others considering Hoopla:**

This software is recommended for all companies that have a sales department and want to motivate them through contests, competitions and other activities that reinforce their commitment to their work and the company. Our sales have improved a lot, that's why we recommend it. We are managing to have a sales team that is much more committed to their functions, competitive and motivated, thanks to the incentives we give them for the goals achieved, and the software is achieving all that. Undoubtedly our sales have increased considerably and the performance of the sales team as well.

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the software to create a competitive environment among our team to motivate them to improve every day and increase their daily numbers. The program allows us to create contests, sales and target tables. The best thing is that the contests and challenges can be team or individual and can be customized. Animated leaderboards, to visualize the performance, sales and progress of work teams. Dashboard and control panel display on the computer, mobile devices and TV. Reward points counter, to keep track of which team has the highest score in different competitions.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

Get basically real-time view of individual and team performance, helped to garner a healthy feeling of competition within office.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

Nothing in particular from the tool itself. While it does help to keep office buzzing with competition it can be a good idea to get a few for the feeling of all on the sales floor.

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goal was to inspire/motivate team for strong performance. Overall I think that was accomplished as we saw higher levels of activity.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

I love the amazing way Hoopla makes making deals fun! From their onboard show of leaderboards to hourly messages I also enjoy the way they conjure a serious climate inside the organization.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

There are a couple of highlights we feel could be added to make the item far superior.

**Recommendations to others considering Hoopla:**

In the event that your business power truly has no comradery or serious nature, give it a go. It enables little and huge groups to perceive top entertainers and makes drives for normal workers.

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hoopla is restricted to the way that it is pretty much a pleasant perception apparatus. In the event that our agreement with Hoopla would lapse, I don't know it would be the greatest arrangement

I am working on AI application for my client and speech and text conversion recognition is basic need there.Hoopla helped me to solve my problem .I tried other APIs as well but hoopla is much better.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

When a sale goes off in salesforce, it connects to hoopla and each rep has their own personal 30-second song or video. So we know when someones goes off, they just made a sale and we can all laugh about the video or even sing the song. It makes celebrating a sale fun!

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

I have yet to find anything I don't like!

**Recommendations to others considering Hoopla:**

If you want to get your sales team hyped up after a sale is made and have an environment where everyone can cheer each other on in a fun way, this would be it!

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Hoopla, if someone made a sale we didn't really know unless you were refreshing the salesforce dashboard, but this notifies everyone right away with the song or video, or in a slack notification.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

I love Hoopla because it allows us to keep sales competitive within out team. We are able to showcase who has the most amount of sales, calls, and highest revenue on the floor. It keeps the salesmen engaged and motivated to sell more.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

This does discourage alot of the low performers in the company. Seeing other make great sale numbers tends to discourage them.

**Recommendations to others considering Hoopla:**

If you're looking to boost the overall morale and culture of your sales floor, I would highly recommend looking into implementing Hoopla on your sales floor

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Hoopla, we're able to manage our sales team's performance as well as keep them engaged as if sales was a competitive sport. Since implementing Hoopla on our sales floor we have seen an increase of 40% a month on sales towards the end of month when people want to get on the leaderboard.

imited integration possibilities restricting Hoopla usage along with other CRM softwares apart from Salesforce, the channel link takes time to load in various devices, also, the gamifications at time run slow, less integrations with relational databases

If your company is heavily dependant on your sales team, then Hoopla would be a considerable option to keep your team connected and informed around the sales numbers and performance in a way as simple as streaming a channel without having to toggle between dashboards or Google Sheets for data

Currently we are using Hoopla to solve the problem of keeping all remote workers engaged together through channel streaming, which allows the users to track their daily performance and compare the same with their peers while maintaining a competitive environment.

Straightforward leaderboards that stack rank people in the zones that you need to quantify 

Moment notices and giving the virtual "gesture of congratulations" when something positive happens 

Successful salesforce.com mix that makes in simple to direct 

Extraordinary client network to share thoughts, tips, and best practices

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

Insignificant "off the rack" foundations and changes between slides 

Focused on the games subject, and ESPN style gamification. I might want to see more alternatives that are business disapproved, yet this is truly what they are so it is hard to request that. 

Organization interface is easy to utilize, yet includes a ton of clicking and sparing to perceive what you are working in real life. They propose a simple test page which works, yet when you have the last form of what you need, you need to reproduce it in your live feed.

**Recommendations to others considering Hoopla:**

The Hoopla arrangement is perfect for a business group that is high paced, youthful, and energized by succeeding at all levels. It is extraordinary for an inside deals condition, which I have, however I don't know how significant it would be for a field deals association. I do like the portable application, and field dealers would need to become accustomed to taking a gander at it. The estimation of the TVs (I have 5) on the divider showing the leaderboards would be missed.

We use Hoopla to report everything without exception we use salesforce.com to do. **What do you like best about Hoopla?**

Our company SmartSense by Digi has been using Hoopla as a great tool now that we are heavily remote due to COVID. Each week we have a company town hall where we will share business updates. We utilize this software to highlight leaderboards, Goals, and most importantly Win flashes should we land a big deal that week. This has been a great tool to keep us in the loop with communication and staff really enjoy the breaking news flashes.

At the moment nothing we are happy with the software.

We had a free trial of the software, and it was great to have the channel up all day for the team to watch and see the stats all day. They had quick and easy customer service as well.

A lot of workarounds needed for some games.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

I love how Hoopla encourages you to outsell your coworkers by providing showing you a leaderboard of who has the most sales and most profit, enabling the competitor inside of you. You can see who is winning by getting real time data from your CRM. My favorite part is that they have a mobile app, allowing you to see who is leading the sales team anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

I dislike that this type of environment tends to get people too competitive. It causes a lot of stress for the low performers seeing the top performers make sale after sale.

**Recommendations to others considering Hoopla:**

If you're looking for subtle ways to increase your sales or encourage a more sales friendly environment. Then Hoopla is definitely the route to take!

With Hoopla, I have been way more enthusiastic about selling, as everyone gets to see your achievements. For our company, compared to last year our sales have increased about 30% per month thanks to hoopla encouraging our sales team to sell

The fact that the reports from Salesforce sync directly into Hoopla, so no rebuilding metrics in 2 places.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

I love how Hoopla encourages your team to work together to get sales and promote a friendly competition by displaying your recent sales and leads on tv's throughout our sales floor. I love how it turned our sales into a game allowing us to want to actually compete against each other.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

There's nothing to really to dislike about Hoopla, I guess it does take away the spirit from people who are losing in the games, but it separates the sale leaders from the people working to get by.

**Recommendations to others considering Hoopla:**

I would recommend implementing Hoopla in your sales culture if you want to increase the way your sales rep sell. It helped increase our business sales, and it could definitely  help your business if you want to give it that extra little push

With Hoopla, we have been able to introduce a culture to our sales floor allowing our sales reps to want to compete against each other. They see their sales on the monitors an TVs throughout the sales floor. I have personally saw an increase in the companies overall sales after implementing Hoopla in our daily work enviroment!

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

My favorite part about Hoopla is the support - their team has been constantly helpful and available on the phone, even for the smallest questions.  The platform is very capable with tons of features that are sometimes hard to navigate around, but having solid support makes using the platform a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

I don't have much too dislike - I think the amount of features can feel cluttered at times, but as I said this is really overcome by having team members walk through the system.

We are able to show real time metrics to our sales team, which helps motivate the team to hit our goals daily.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

Customization and engagement. Team get's excited to add their own twist and celebration (song and visuals) to their accomplishments. Team loves recognition when success if announced across sales floor.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

Integration w/ SFDC isn't intuitive. Reporting is not entirely clear. Feels like there are a few too many steps to get data from a report in SFDC into a Hoopla channel. 

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Presenting a lot of data evectively on a single TV. Originally we had a SFDC dash that would stream to our TV and auto-refresh every 5 minutes. The details were small and difficult to see and individual reps ended up viewing the dash on their computers. Instant notification when certain results occur is also a big plus (meeting booked, demo scheduled, etc...). Instead of the team finding out results when they happen to check the dashboard, we now have instant gratification and notification.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

The premade steps are visually appealing and intuitive. The leaderboards, newsflashes, metrics, and web page steps are the ones we use the most. The animations that take place for each slide catches the attention of all regardless of our positions. With the integration of salesforce reports, we’re able to break data down and showcase some highlights specific to each department. Most of all, the steps keep us up-to-date with how our company is doing as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

I don’t like how the leaderboards can only run off of user and team performance. We wish we could take advantage of our Salesforce integration and have leaderboards rank other metrics (e.g. the highest number of units funded by lead source, not per user/team).

We also want to be able to sort metrics displayed on a data table within Hoopla because when we have grouped rows in summary reports from Salesforce, there’s no way that we can sort asc/desc from Salesforce itself.

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On a positive note, as mentioned earlier we can scope out how well we’re doing in business. We can display data crucial to our bottom line like projected vs. actual funded dollars for the month or for the year, performance from the past, and variance amongst this data as well. When the progress bar moves closer to the goals we set for funded dollars, we see how it pushes our employees to work harder and make it happen. These visual aids incentivize our reps constantly, and when they accomplish boarding clients, their hard work does not go unnoticed. And it’s not just limited to the sales team; our production coordinators, marketing department, operations, and even us in IT get the recognition we yearn for with or WOW Card rewarding system. With the flexibility of adding newsflashes that can go off of some/all our channels, we get to celebrate success on the daily. Hoopla has definitely made our work environment exciting to be a part of.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

The modern and sleek design of the display. The data and stats presented are easy to digest upon first glance. Hoopla does a great job of this by providing graphics along with the stats so you can see who is climbing the ranks or in first place without really having to read titles.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

There is not much to dislike about Hoopla. I have run into a few minor speed bumps during setup that a representative was able to help me with easily.

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have updated our sales process which has drastically increased our velocity. Being able to see these successes in real time for the company has been extremely motivating as well as using the gauge metric to see where we stand for the month has been specifically motivating for the sales team.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

The best part of Hoopla is its ability to recognize excellence at FMX.  We first looked into Hoopla for sales performance and gamification, but it became a sticky product once we realized all we could do. From our resolved Zendesk tickets and launched customers for our Customer Success team and product releases from the Product and Engineering team, there is not much happening at FMX that does not end up on Hoopla.  We even post our props and company wide announcements here!

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

Minor configuration settings could be made a little easier including how to include MP3 files in Hoopla.

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-    Sales leaderboard gives insight and keeps people accountable
-    Helps keep track of various team and individual goals

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

It is a tool that helps you have social media at work, so nice to connect with co workers.It was a tool that help inspired sales people to sell more because of the constant reminder of the competition that you are in. 

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

It ends up not getting used too often because it is work related social media. I also disliked that it did not always populate correctly when you needed it to. Also it can be bad because someone may find an opportunity to say something inappropriate about it.

Look at if you really need it because it is not that intuitive or necessary at the end of the day. 

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It doesn't always respond promptly and upload to the television on time. In fact sometimes it does not come up on the tv screen at all. This inconsistency can make things more difficult to as time goes on and you realize that you need to see everyone'e activity in order for the product to work correctly. The benefits are transparency into the sales place.

how customized you can make it and how easy it is to use on the backend

it was a little tough at first to get the images not to be distorted for the background content, but once the success team explained to use powerpoint, i havent had many issues with that

Hoopla enables us to increase overall productivity by showing real time SFDC metrics on the sales floor. This increases overall awareness and the competitive spirit of the sales floor. We are also able to showcase individual and team wins  which is great for morale.

**What do you like best about Hoopla?**

Been using Hoopla at a few different companies and it helps me easily display performance metrics and other updates to the sales floor. All of the reps enjoy when their song plays after a win or accepted opportunity. We also track things like daily activity, top deals in pipeline, % to quota and more.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

For the songs and videos you have to download the file rather than putting a link to stream.

we are solving performance and recognition challenges by using hoopla and after installing it, we've seen more attention to metrics and wins.

I dislike that the way some people don’t like it, they become too aggressive seeing the same people make sales. Not a bad thing.

The pop ups for daily metrics helps hold everyone accountable to make sure they're giving a full effort every day.

I wish the integration with zapier was a little stronger, so we can trigger more alerts.

Hoopla is very easy to set up and use for admins while providing motivation and fun for our sales team. The team loves seeing their name on TVs around the office and hearing their song played on the TVs when they close a deal. Recognition is everything to sales people and Hoopla automates that in a fun and easy way. 

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

Having Hoopla stay on our TVs can be ab it frustrating. We have Hoopla live on 6 TVs and usually 2-3x a week it goes down on one of them. A minor annoyance but an annoyance nonetheless. 

**Recommendations to others considering Hoopla:**

Take the time to set up everything correctly at the beginning. If you have the right build out all your users, teams and leaderboards will be automatically updated and the ongoing maintenance cost will be minimal. 

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales recognition and motivation. Public praise for daily activity metrics motivates our sales team to make more dials and do more proactive top of funnel work. It is easy to lose track of the proactive work during a busy day but when there are leaderboards flashing on every TV showing your numbers you are motivated to ensure you hit all of your daily KPIs.

I like that our wins are rewarded.  Hoopla's platform encourages our team to make an impact by showing their "win" to everyone-- a little song goes off and their picture and we all have a mini-celebration.  It also encourages competition within and between teams by stacking up our employees using a point system.  You can see who's at the top and who's at the bottom.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

Our team is really creative with using Hoopla because we are so sales-centric, but I feel like every time we've reached out to their team for help, they give us uncreative ideas.  We want to know what makes this platform even more fun for us, not how much our renewal is.  Know your point of contacts for the account a little better.

We're solving for remaining stagnant.  We're always striving through Hoopla to get more points, show up higher than your last score, beat the person who beat you last time, etc. It keeps our employees efficient.

I appreciate the fact that I don't have to recreate all my Salesforce reports in Hoopla-specific dashboards, but rather I can connect my Hoopla account to Salesforce and just provide access to ready-made reports that way.

The set-up for this product is relatively easy, but make sure you understand the data structure for things before you dive in- knowing the differences and capabilities of users, teams, metrics, leaderboards,  newsflashes will save you a lot of time 

**What problems is Hoopla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to work on keeping our team engaged and motivated through the use of some public leaderboards as well as creating on demand contests and visibility.  The team loves seeing their names up top on the tv screens around the office, and we feel it's a great way to keep the team engaged - particularly in terms of day to day progress towards long term goals.  I.e. if you are looking for the team to make 100 calls/week- set a daily leaderboard with a goal of 20 calls.  People seem to take on the smaller 'chunks' as more approachable than the larger weekly goals.

They can pick their "triumph tune" and "video" which makes their first win significantly more attractive. Our group is spurred by acknowledgment. Fuss is a simple arrangement that each colleague appreciates and enables them to contrast themselves with best individuals in the association.

I love that it keeps the environment competitive but in a fun way.  You are able to customize your own profile and attach a song and video.  Very interactive.  I like that it has an app too.

I dislike it when there is an order with multiple P.O.'s attached and it is configured wrong.  Then you get Hoopla going off for three minutes straight for the same client.

If your sales force really has no comradery  or competitive nature, give it a go.  It helps small and large teams recognize top performers and creates drives for average employees.

What I like best about Hoopla is the ability to create competition between our sales reps/BDR's. The tool is masterful in alerting the whole organization when a deal is closed, a new opportunity is opened, metrics and stats on performance, leaderboards, etc.

The implementation and integration with SalesForce was difficult and clunky in my opinion. It's not the easiest dashboard in the world to use and I also wish there were more options to create competitions i.e. weekly, monthly quarterly, etc.

We have been able to drive more competition amongst our reps and everyone like sharing in their teammates success. it also provides accountability. Nobody wants to be in last place on the leaderboard.

We have 4 sales teams in our company across 3 offices and many remote team members.  We were looking for a way to celebrate and compete with each other while across the US and Canada.  Hoopla provided us an option that autoupdated through Salesforce that we could both stream to TVs in our offices as well on our remote team members' computers.

**What do you dislike about Hoopla?**

Recently we acquired several companies and we are still in separate Salesforce instances.  Unfortunately only one Salesforce instance can connect into Hoopla at a time.

Hoopla has allowed our sales teams (and all other teams) to have visibility into our progress mid month rather than waiting for end of month updates.  This allows a higher level of team competition and encouragement.  Plus the breaking news options let us celebrate in the moment!

The ability to provide instant updates and alerts when new business is won is great - it has really motivated the team.

I have found it a bit restrictive that only certain formats of Salesforce reports can be used - it would be great if matrix reports could be used for example.

Hoopla has help increase user engagement on Salesforce. Our sales staff are realising if they don't input the sales in a timely fashion they get overtaken by their colleagues on the leaderboards!
Also, as we have 4 different sales teams selling very different products, it has helped to create more interest and understanding of what other teams are involved in.

I love how you can have a song attached to a closed deal, or opportunity created, and it's super easy to update so you can let your colleagues know who's closing or building business.

Not too much to dislike since I am just a basic user, but I  hate it when our TV attached to the Hooplah notifications is turned off or muted by mistake and everyone missed your announcement. so not a Hoopla issue.

Very easy and direct software, it helps to oversee the performance from my team member. We save a lot of time on weekly meetings. The best thing is, you can customize the challenge by different member and set the incentive for each of them. I would say we like it quite a lot, it does do the work and help us to manage the team better. Highly recommend.

It doesn not compatible with some of our platform. So we will have to be back and force to check data. It doesn't work well with all the browser, some of our team members did complain about it. Imagine it, if the software crash a few times during the work. I guess this is the main thing they can improve.

Direct and easy to use. I'd recommend it to anyone who need help to manage their team better. 
It will defintely increase the efficiency and performance. Learning cycle is short, so it's not going to take too much time to switch. But make sure you have compatible platform with them and browser compatibility before purchase it.

1- Help to manage and encourage team member and save time in weekly meetings.

Since we started using the product about 45 days ago we have received amazing feedback from our sales team. Hoopla made the process extremely easy to use and setup. The features of the product keeps our team engaged throughout the entire day.

We have offices across three states, the ability to see stats at any given time is great. It really gets our sales force going, especially when a lot of people are closing deals!

There's nothing I dislike about Hoopla, it's really easy to use and it provided a ton of motivation on our floor. Sometimes its glitchy, over the year... we've encountered maybe a handful of days it was in a lag or backed up.

Its a simple thing but having your song go off after a deal is a simple thing but its fun and makes sure i dont miss seeing what other clients we have brought on that i can use for name dropping.

There was one time something happened and we had to re upload our songs. If they had some way to link and search within a datbase for a hoopla clip to use would be cool.

 Personalization of the product and healthy competition through gamification of the tool.  Nice to have attention-grabbing sounds to recognize winners of certain metrics throughout the day. 
 Felt like it was effective for the team and a great way to have your current rank in front of you at all times.

 It got a bit repetitive, so the initial effect started to wear off after a period of time. Possibly a suggestion of new and exciting ways to engage the team would be helpful
