**What do you like best about Landbot?**

Landbot is fantastic! I’d never built a chatbot before and even as a complete beginner it was incredibly easy thanks to Landbot’s super-friendly interface! Great colors, intuitive bricks and blocks, smooth connections… it almost feels like a game.
The free version is surprisingly generous. You can build a full basic bot and publish it without paying, which is totally amazing!!! I actually used it to create a birthday surprise for my sister, and it turned out to be such a unique, fun experience.
Huge thanks to Landbot!

**What do you dislike about Landbot?**

Clicking the formatting shortcuts- like CTRL+B, doesn’t always apply the command. Sometimes it takes multiple clicks. It would also be great to have the option to test the bot and fix mistakes simultaneously, with the bot refreshing in real time. Another useful improvement would be the ability to step back to the previous stage of the active bot instead of having to restart it from the beginning.

**What problems is Landbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Landbot offers a huge variety of actions and interaction options for building your chat- it really comes down to your imagination and needs! I used it to create something magical for a birthday, and Landbot gave me the chance to do that for free. It was the only free, user-friendly platform I found that met my quality standards.

What I like best about Landbot is how effortless it is to use. The setup is quick, and the drag and drop builder makes designing complex conversations feel simple. The interface is clean and intuitive, so you don’t waste time figuring things out. I also have to mention their support team  they’re responsive and genuinely helpful. Integrations are smooth too, which makes it easy to connect Landbot with other tools I use daily.

The free plan is perfect for testing and building prototypes, but the moment you need advanced features like integrations, analytics, or higher usage limits, the pricing climbs faster than expected.

**What problems is Landbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me Landbot removes a lot of the heavy coding I’d normally have to do to build chatbots for clients. Instead of writing complex logic or handling backend scripts, I can visually design the entire conversation flow.

**What do you like best about Landbot?**

I really like how Landbot allows me to scale my business by automating conversations with potential and regular clients. It's also great that conversations can be directed to human agents when necessary. I appreciate the ability to collect client information during interactions, which helps avoid repetitive questions. The feature I like most about Landbot is the way you can draw flows and see all possible paths to deliver the best customer experience. Integrations with calendars, databases, Google spreadsheets, and webhooks are intuitive and easy to implement in my workflow. The initial setup was a matter of minutes, and everything is very intuitive.

I was originally about to start with Intercom, but then I found Landbot – and I’m so glad I did.

Setting up the chat bubble was super intuitive, and everything just works. What really convinced me though: it’s a European company with servers in the EU, which makes GDPR compliance much easier for me as a small business owner.

The builder is user-friendly, the designs are modern, and support is responsive (shoutout to Raúl!).
Landbot helps me guide my website visitors in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.

Highly recommend – especially for creatives or service providers in the EU who care about privacy.

Everything was perfect... I'm really happy.

**What problems is Landbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a platform for photographers and creative professionals, and I offer multiple products – from WordPress themes to a free masterclass. That’s a lot to communicate, especially without overwhelming my visitors.

Landbot helps me guide users to the right path with a conversational experience that feels personal and helpful – not pushy. Instead of having people get lost in a menu, they can now easily discover whether they need a theme, want to watch the masterclass, or just came for the Lightroom presets.

It’s also a huge plus for me that Landbot is a European company, so I can stay GDPR-compliant without worrying about US data transfers (which was one of the reasons I didn’t go with Intercom in the end).

In short: Landbot makes my complex offering feel simple – and that’s exactly what my audience needs.

I love that landbot takes something boring like a form and make it interactive and fun, I like that it's able to be branded to match other things.

I think that sometimes it is a little time consuming to put the bot together, but well worth the time, one time investment buys so much ease for my customers so it is well worth it.

The learning curve is fast. The graphical user interface is easy to understand and use. You can build complex decision trees with real interaction with users. The "Analyze" section allows you to review user interactions and adjust your tree (branches) and information.

Using and integrating real AI into decision trees demand expertise which is normal . Hopefully, Landbot team is there to help.

My first time using it and it's super easy. It seems like everything forward like customer service will be great too. Landbot will be my main/default go-to tool for creating bots. I've never use a tool like this for hours. I was looking for a bot creator, stumble on Landbot and didn't search any further.

Nothing yet. So far, so good. No struggling

**What do you like best about Landbot?**

The first thing that stood out for me the most on landbot was their customer support. They are exceptionally quick with their responses, and on the first day that I had a problem at least 5 of their customer support team members reached out to me to assist. I even got a lengthy phone call within 12 hours of issuing a support request. They are very efficient, professional, and friendly. It is not often that these automation platforms are that well organized in their customer support area.

The integration features are exceptionally user-friendly as well, and compatible with many other automation platforms. Moreover, the implementation of your chatbot flows into WhatsApp is quick and easy if you know basic development (API keys may be the most complex piece of knowledge one would need to do this.) Otherwise, the platform is easy to use and welcoming to new developers.

**What do you dislike about Landbot?**

I'd even put it as one of the top chatbot development software panels for websites too, however, they lack professionalism in this area and their privacy features and data protection plans seem elusive and near non-existent when it comes to websites. For this reason, my frequency of use as a chatbot developer relies on the necessity of my clients. (If they want a WhatsApp chatbot, this platform is my go-to. If they want a website chatbot, however...)

**What problems is Landbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the limitations i found with landbot is that WhatsApp doesn't support as many features as other platforms landbot works with. Because of that, I couldn't take full advantage of some of the more advanced features when I was building my first chatbot for WhatsApp using landbot. This is primarily due to WhatsApp's limitations rather than an issue with landbot itself.

**What do you like best about Landbot?**

Landbot is the next thing on the market of the lead generation. I personnaly use it as landing pages for ads and when you know how to use it, it works perfectly and is really competitive compared to other tools. Even more than this, the staff itself and the support is really reactive.

**What do you dislike about Landbot?**

There's really nothing i don't like about landbot, may be you could say that the UI is sometimes slow and messy. But if we talk about the feature side, it lacks nothing.

**What problems is Landbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Landbot is such a new thing on the market that it is disruptive. What i mean by that is the fact that users aren't used to see these types of landing pages and are most of the time willing to complete the bot till the end of the sequence. It makes it really good for lead gen and simplifys everything since the building of the bots is really easy aswell as the implementation of the bots.

I love how Landbot simplifies chatbot creation with a no-code interface, making it accessible for anyone to build highly engaging and interactive bots.

**What do you dislike about Landbot?**

Some times the UI struggle and needs a refresh, but to be fair every single problem on the tool gets resolved pretty quickly. Even if you have a suggestion or a change to implement, Landbot team is always open to new feedbacks.
For example i already sent them requests about a new feature, and they came back saying that they're already working on it

**What problems is Landbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of managing repetitive customer queries by automating responses, allowing me to focus on more critical tasks. It also helps increase conversion rates through interactive and personalized bot experiences. In a nutshell, Landbot WILL lower your acquisition cost. Chat bots are the new way to generate leads and to collect data towards people interested in your activity.

Very straightforward process of creating a bot. I do lean on Chat GPT to walk me through some steps, but the actual building process is quite amazing.

Being new to this AI stuff it's always important to give clear directions. The gentleman in the videos has a thick accent (I'm American). Can they have another voice speak for Him? It would be very helpful.

Shortly after I registered with Landbot, I received an invitation from support to assist me with challenges. This clearly led to us continuing to use the product and upgrading.

The support via video call was very friendly, competent, and straightforward. We can wholeheartedly recommend Landbot, we are truly impressed.

Sometimes i kinda dislike the UI because it tend to slow down when you're editing a bot with a lot of features in it

It addresses the difficulty of building chatbots that seamlessly integrate with marketing and sales processes. To be fair it's the new way of lead generation because it is disruptive and different from other solutions available on the market.

Landbot is really easy for non-technical people to use and has lots of capabilities for integrations so you can use your own custom code. The inbuilt logic is very sophisticated, much more potential for branching / conditional logic / more complex rules, than even the largest chatbot builders on the market. That said, the ease with which you can add webhooks in different places makes it feasible to customize even further

**What do you dislike about Landbot?**

The inbox feature (which is the admin facing portal where you can interact with people using your chatbot live), doesn't have many features that let's you organize the conversations. Plus, it would be great if there was a landbot app so I can reply to things on the go

In my company, Landbot is the first tool we open to start our work.

Currently, the only downside we are encountering is that they do not have a developed app for iOS or Android, therefore, we have to access it through the browser. 

Although the Landbot website is very well optimized for use via internet browsers on mobile devices, it would be more convenient to have an app that can notify when new messages incomes (for example).

We use Landbot mostly as coaching tool and it would be great to have integrataed possibility to make and send PDF summary's of your chats with the coach in Landbot. Now these summarys must be send trought integrations and there is technical and GDPR based problems with them occasionally.

**What do you like best about Landbot?**

Landbots' ease of use was pivotal in our ability to develop an effective WhatsApp support bot solution for our customers swiftly. Its intuitive and easy-to-use interface allowed our non-technical employees to learn it with minimal support, enabling us to go live rapidly with a solution. Additionally, the hassle-free configuration spared our scarce technical resources from extensive development efforts.

1) Implementation Duration: Within 2 weeks of signing up with Landbot and having an initial discussion, we successfully developed and deployed our very own Customer Support WhatsApp bot using Landbot's WhatsApp bot solution.

2) Hassle-free, easy-to-use, and intuitive user interface and Message Flow Design functionality: The configuration and message flow design were completed in roughly 2 days and did not require any extensive use of technical resources.

3) Integration with our platform: Landbot's WhatsApp solution is highly integrative - We, therefore, elected to spend the majority of the 2 weeks integrating our platform data into the WhatsApp bot-message flow so that we could create a self-service experience for our customer's having access to their personal account data into the message flow.

4) Self-Service Experience: We initially rolled out the WhatsApp bot to a sub-segment of our customers to ensure the concept of the solution held to our objectives and we could find any areas of improvement. After two short weeks, we decided to roll out the solution to our entire customer base and saw an immediate uptake. During our pilot phase, we averaged around 400 chats per day - we now field over 2000 chats per day (with 175'000 messages per month). The adoption of the solution by our customers has been exceptional - we have experienced more than a 20% reduction in demand volume across our alternate manned support channels (email, voice, and support tickets). The laws of traditional customer support metrics, such as first response time, resolution time as well as 24/7/365 availability have been rewritten. In short, our customers now enjoy a completely self-service experience through our WhatsApp bot. 

5) Innovative, scalable, and reliable solution: As a fintech company our culture is centered around creating an exceptional customer experience that is enabled through technology. To better handle certain enquiry types from customers, we elected to make use of the customer service AI feature within the WhatsApp bot workflow. This feature works well and promotes the 24/7/365 availability experience. This solution has allowed us to restructure our overall customer support experience, with the WhatsApp bot handling the majority of the front-line enquiries with our call center agents now fielding more technical enquiries - we have since blended our agents on the WhatsApp bot during business hours to further enhance this medium of communication. We have equally not experienced any platform downtime, message latency, or service degradation in using this solution, notwithstanding a dramatic volume growth ( approximately 4 concurrent chats per minute).

6) Professional advice and exceptional support from Landbot: The team at Landbot and the support they have provided to FASTA has been world-class. The team is accessible knowledgeable, has taken the time to understand our business, and provided sound guidance on how best to use the product in our environment (given their experience with broader customers and markets). This proved invaluable and aided in us being able to move quickly with the solution

**What do you dislike about Landbot?**

The only downside we experienced in using Landbot was the cost of the AI feature when used within the WhatsApp solution. There is very often very little idea of how the scale of usage will ramp and particularly which customers will engage the AI feature and which will not. The standard pricing, denominated in Euros, limits the number of AI-based chats that can be used and once you exceed this cap pricing is expensive (EUR 1 per AI chat). This can dramatically increase your overall bill very quickly without you realising it. To the Landbot team's  credit, they were very responsive and flexible, again understanding our business case, and they provided a custom pricing solution adapted to our business model.

In response to the growing demand for efficient customer support, especially as we expand our business, we've explored scalable technical solutions to enhance our service capabilities. We have aimed to create a seamless, 'human-like' experience that is self-service and available around the clock. After careful consideration, we integrated Landbot's WhatsApp bot solution into our operations.

The team is highly skilled, and friendly, always ready to help when needed. We have been using landbot for about a year to build bots for customer support, feedback, survey, and user onboarding, and everything works great. Also, the option to build chatbots for whatsapp and facebook is a great option. So we can provide support to customers via whatsapp and facebook as well, which is great. The interface is good, also the drag and drop bot builder UI is the best one we have tried so far.

**What do you dislike about Landbot?**

I love landbot, but we had some issues with bots as some users have reported this to us. When they try to submit the responses, the bot reloaded and the entire response is lost, so they had to resubmit the form, not sure if it's a bug or issue on the user's end.

We use it to build bots for Customer Support, receive feedback from our users, create surveys for new services or about how we can improve our services, and also for whatsapp and facebook messenger, where we can provide support to our users via other platforms as well as our website. So the users don't need to sign in to their account every time they need help, they just need to send message via whatsapp or facebook, and the bot will take care of the rest, which saves hours of our support team.

Landbot is pretty intuitive and it's easy to set up and test the flows. Once you have the configuration in place with your website, it's easy to deploy additional bots. Costs less than the major competitors and the team seems to be innovating.

Can be difficult to get instant support since the team is in Europe. Sometimes there can also be a communication barrier re: English but nothing that can't be overcome.

One of the best Non-Code Development Platform is Landbot. We can make our Virtual Assistant with this. Labdbot guide us an easy way to develop it. You just need to drag and drop the features and type your messages on it. You do not need to code. Make your business to next level with Landbot. WHen it comes to subscription and publich the amount of the package are bit high. Better if Landbot can make some changes of it. Other wise Landbot is best on bot development.

In our company we have lots of people in customer care division. But we have analyze the data recarding compaints and most of the complaints are common and we can solve it within the same call. We have decided to create a bot for that. Then Customer can get their issue solved online without a help with a person. It was successful and we have moved some of our employees to other divisins. Landbot gave more solutions for our company.

Now a days many company using Virtual bots or AI bots. But some poeple facing difficulities making a bot because they need to hire and pay them for develop bots. But Landbot is a non-code development platform. Anyone can create their own bot with a little knowladge. The user-firendly interface and guidance to develop a bot is the main plus. One of the best bot development I have used is Landbot.

The pricing is affordable for corporate business. But others it can be but better if introduce some packages which will helpful for non coporate business. Othersie Landbot is a great system.

When user count of a system is high there will be more user issues. For this we had to hore new people to customer care. The cost of the person getting hire is high. Our chairman need a solution for this. and We suggest to build a Vitual assistant for this. Landbot is the best suit for our solution. we built it and published it.
