Kudo is the easiest and most effective way to improve your online ratings and reviews. Designed to do one thing very well, Kudo will transform your online reputation in just a few minutes a day. Kudo is different than most other reputation tools. Kudo&#39;s focus is on improving your ratings on popular review sites like Google, Facebook, Yelp as well as industry specific review sites. Just add any review profile page to Kudo and Kudo will send a review request via email to your customers. Positive reviews direct to the profiles you have chosen. Negative ratings are &quot;intercepted&quot; and directed to a private feedback site allowing you to respond directly to resolve issues.

**What do you like best about Kudo?**

I like Kudo's accurate, real-time multilingual translation during live training sessions. It lets me teach naturally without worrying about language gaps for our international learners. The translation is clear and contextual, not robotic, keeping lessons easy to understand. It's also simple to set up and use during online classes and meetings, making our e-learning programs far more inclusive and accessible. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudo was quick and straightforward, allowing me to get started in just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Kudo?**

There are a few small areas where Kudo could be improved for our daily e-learning use. Occasionally, the translation lags slightly during fast-paced training discussions, which can cause minor delays for learners. Some less common regional languages also have limited phrasing options, leading to occasional awkward wording. In addition, the interface can feel a little basic when managing large online training groups, and it lacks more customizable display settings for our live courses. Better optimization for long training sessions and more precise industry-specific vocabulary for education would further improve our overall experience.

**What problems is Kudo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudo breaks language barriers in our international e-learning programs, enabling real-time translation for live sessions. It eliminates reliance on delayed subtitles, enhances engagement by allowing learners to follow along in their native language, and supports multilingual meetings and material translations.

**What do you dislike about Kudo?**

tethered into a sound engineer laptop, which restricts the system in speed. Most sound technicians don't have a laptop powerful enough to deal with multiple interpreters and then blame the interpreters' systems when it is their system, which is not powerful enough. The slowness of the system for the takeover and changing outgoing languages is awful. So many times, it takes 15 seconds, which is a lot in a remote conference. You can hear both the floor and the partner's voice with the floor being the main voice. It has to be the partner's voice. Designed for the conference participant, not for the interpreter. You always get overloaded with messages where everybody keeps chatting. No way to differentiate between an important message (lost a language) and the interpreters chatting constantly. Too heavy on the graphics. It needs a new system for the graphics, it takes too much power. The sound technicians always focus on the faces and not the document, which is not very useful when the presenter is giving a flory of figures within a few seconds. needs improvement. The system is too geared up for the participants (not the interpreters) most of the conferences I've been with Kudo were not impressed by the current version.

**Recommendations to others considering Kudo:**

it needs a better version, which would be faster. Too heavy with graphics.

**What do you like best about Kudo?**

Kudo is a great platform for small businesses looking to grow, for starters it's Free to sign up and second of all it has a intuitive user interface that is easy to navigate. Furthermore the staff is friendly, supportive and always ready to answer queries, a great way to start and acquire new clients as well.


Our staff members are pumped to get reviews, they are happy and kind to our patients, making sure that customers time in our office is a good one. They love reading the reviews online, and it has helped them feel like they are a part of a great business. The overall improvement of morale, excitement, and improvement in patient experience has made all the difference, and we are excited for that momentum to continue.

**What do you dislike about Kudo?**

There's nothing to claim. It is a product that is very user friendly. They're quick to respond and help if you have a question. Reviews are easy to send and when you get a review back, you will receive an email. You can even set it up so it can be posted on social media immediately.

**Recommendations to others considering Kudo:**

I fully recommend small businesses to join Kudo (which is Free!) and find out for themselves, this is a great platform with a lot of potential and most of all it could help you grow your business.
