**What do you like best about Kaizo?**

The efficiency! We can pull stats in a second without having to extract data from multiple sources, and format in spreadsheets etc. If I want to look at a certain metric, in a certain time frame, for certain people - I can check in just a few clicks.
I also like the aesthetic, and the friendly / non-intimidating nature of Kaizo. This makes it appealing to our Team Leads, as well as Agents, and it doesn't portray a negative view to performance management.
The Kaizo team have been with us since Day 1 of our Kaizo journey, and we always feel like our thoughts and opinions are listened to. In terms of customer care, the team are attentive and have really taken the time to understand our business and what we need.

**What do you dislike about Kaizo?**

There is lots of information, and lots of different functions within Kaizo. To start with we tried to use all the functions all the time, but found that over time  it was better for our Team Leads and Agents to use Kaizo in different ways to suit them. So we don't need to use all the functions all the time, but it's great to have the different options to suit how we want to manage performance for individual agents.

Also we think it would be good to have different views of Kaizo for different levels of users. For example, an Agent can be overwhelmed by all of the data that the scorecard presents, so a slightly different view (that maybe we can set up from an admin side) for different roles would be good.

**What problems is Kaizo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaizo's biggest problem-solver is time constraints. Before we were spending an incredible amount of time collating data and then not having any time to do anything with it! 

Secondly, it brings a more engaging, dynamic approach to performance management. Agents don't want to see just lots of numbers on a spreadsheet.

**What do you like best about Kaizo?**

It is a software that shows us all the performance of our team live in a single place. It has a great choice of metrics and allows us to decide which ones work best to evaluate our team.

The Missions and QA house is one of our favorite as thanks to this it has allowed us to take the team to another level of performance that we didn't imagine we could reach so quickly. Our team is very motivated to achieve the weekly goals/missions through the Ninja avatars this important piece of the puzzle is what makes it groundbreaking. The gamification makes it fun and easier for our team to understand and reach the goals.

**What do you dislike about Kaizo?**

There are working in developing and innovating with new features and this may sometimes cause questions on how to use them. But, the Customer Support team is fast, reliable and immediately assist/fix with any issues we may have. They really take their time to make sure any issue is resolve as soon as possible.

**What do you like best about Kaizo?**

The software engages and motivates the teams through gamification with cool Ninjas! This allows the teams to feel like they achieve something through leveling up. The team are fantastic and care a lot about their customer's success.

**What do you dislike about Kaizo?**

Like any startup, there's lumps and bumps along the road but nothing that isn't fixed as soon as possible. Their developers often fix issues within minutes of them being reported.

**Recommendations to others considering Kaizo:**

Join in now with the team before this blows up, it's got the power to be something huge!

**What problems is Kaizo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaizo allowed us to tailor the points agents earn towards our business goals, as a gentle encouragement to focus on certain areas. This has lead to more tickets solved, better CSAT amongst other metrics.
