**What do you like best about Jenesis?**

I appreciate the ease of use that Jenesis offers. It's straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy to operate for my insurance business needs. I also value the ease of getting in touch with customer support. Whenever I need to ask a question, it’s simple to reach someone for assistance. Furthermore, the availability of helpful videos on YouTube is incredibly beneficial; they offer solutions if I encounter any problems, which adds a lot of value. Additionally, setting up Jenesis on computers was very straightforward and did not present any hiccups, allowing us to move swiftly to the training phase.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

I'm not entirely sure about all the uploads, and my partner handles much of it, which leaves me a bit uncertain. Additionally, I struggle with understanding how to properly manage downloads without duplicating policies or clients, and I feel I am not fully up to standard on this aspect.

**What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jenesis allows me to track all my customers, provides easy access and document uploads, and offers good training through videos. It streamlines managing client information while enhancing my team's proficiency.

**What do you like best about Jenesis?**

I appreciate Jenesis for its valuable capability to text customers while keeping these text messages filed for documentation purposes. This feature is incredibly beneficial as it allows for clear documentation when customers make changes to their policies, such as adding or removing coverages. Having this information documented ensures that if files are requested, we can easily print them, maintaining an organized record.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

I find that the downloads in Jenesis are problematic. Whenever we download, they often don't come in correctly. This frequently results in changes to policy numbers or types. For example, if I enter a New Business and a download comes in, it may incorrectly change to a renewal. Similarly, if a renewal download comes in from a company and a number at the end is altered, it creates an entirely new policy in the system, which is confusing and causes inaccuracies.

I use Jenesis to track customer documentation and text messages, providing written records for policy changes, which is invaluable for documentation and compliance.

**What do you like best about Jenesis?**

I love Jenesis for its exceptional ease of use, which significantly enhances agency management tasks. The search function is particularly impressive as it efficiently pulls all the insured information onto one screen, saving me valuable time and effort. Adding new clients, managing work calendars, and other routine operations are streamlined, thanks to its user-friendly interface. I find this aspect of Jenesis to be a huge advantage, especially compared to our previous tool, Hawksoft, since the switch was largely motivated by Jenesis' superior functionality and straightforward usability. The initial setup of Jenesis was also remarkably easy, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. Given these positive experiences, I am highly likely to recommend Jenesis to friends or colleagues, as evidenced by my 9 out of 10 rating.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

I find dragging and dropping files in Jenesis to be clumsy and challenging, which can be quite frustrating when trying to attach files.

Jenesis streamlines agency management by managing commissions, customer info, and automating messages. Its user-friendly interface and efficient search function simplify adding new clients and managing work calendars, enhancing overall functionality.

**What do you like best about Jenesis?**

Jenesis's customer service is absolutely amazing. It feels very personal because I get to work with the same people every time. The live chat function is great because I can 
They are patient with my questions, and go above and beyond to help. Most of my issues are resolved immediately, and if there is a larger one, I can always count on them to resolve it. They also are willing to listen to suggestions on features or improvements. Overall, they are fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

I would love to use the J-rater function, but since most of the companies I represent are smaller, its not feasible to integrate them all. 

The company downloads can be a bit confusing, and "deleted" policies still appear in the customer profile with the same color-coding as active policies. Overall though, Jenesis makes managing my client's info really easy.

**What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing clients, multiple carriers, documents, payments, etc would be overwhelming without JenesisNow. Having one consistent place that is accessible from anywhere to track all of my clients means providing customer service is much easier.

**What do you like best about Jenesis?**

I was very impressed with Jenesis after attending a webinar. The system is very easy to use and thorough, which left a positive impression on me. I love the fact that Jenesis is web-based, as it provides flexibility and ease of access. I also find that Jenesis could be highly effective in tracking not only customers but prospects as well, enhancing client management and operational efficiency. The initial setup process of Jenesis, as learned from the webinar, is easy, which promises a smooth transition and quick start for any potential use in the future. Based on my observations, there are no areas in need of improvement, as everything works perfectly. Therefore, I am very inclined to use Jenesis alongside other tools like Turbo Rater, and I am quite likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague, as evidenced by my rating of 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about Jenesis?**

I find Jenesis incredibly helpful for keeping up with customer information, including their policy due dates, payments, renewals, cancellations, and other important details and documents. I love that as long as the information is correct, I have everything I need right at my fingertips, which makes managing customer interactions and policies straightforward and efficient. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to easily see what policy I last viewed, which helps streamline my workflow and prevents any potential oversight in managing policy details. The setup was easy for me, and I am highly satisfied with Jenesis, giving it a recommendation score of 10 and have recommended it to others.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

I dislike that Jenesis does not show the policies I wrote in the last month, even though I have it set to do so. I also find it problematic that I cannot view all the pending renewals for commercial policies. Additionally, it is frustrating not being able to fix the dates on suspenses more easily and the lack of pop-ups or email notifications when they are needed.

I love how Jenesis makes accessing correct information as simple as a keystroke, which greatly enhances my efficiency and ease of use. The responsiveness and availability of the support team are impressive as well, as the people at Jenesis are always ready to assist, which reinforces my confidence in using the product. Additionally, the initial setup of Jenesis was straightforward and easy, which made the transition smooth and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

I find it problematic that when media is scanned into Jenesis, there isn't a drop down to attach the media to a specific policy at that point. This step is frequently missed, leading to potential organizational issues. Additionally, when a policy is pending renewal, the current term doesn't remain visible until renewal date.  Finally, it would be beneficial if there were a sidebar displaying the original inception date to keep track of existing terms effectively.

I use Jenesis for document retention, accounting, and marketing. It ensures correct information is readily accessible and facilitates customer outreach through text and email. The support team at Jenesis is always available to help.

I have a hard time keeping some of our policies up to date because the Jenesis system doesn't mesh well with a few of our providers.

I am disappointed that Jenesis no longer links to carrier websites for checking policy status. The functionality of J Links working again would greatly improve my experience.

I love how easy Jenesis is to use, which simplifies our entire process, especially when locating policies. Instead of having to figure out where a customer is insured, Jenesis has all the necessary information readily available, making it our first stop in such situations. I appreciate that any login issues with the system are fixed immediately when I contact Jenesis, demonstrating their reliable support. Furthermore, the initial setup of Jenesis for our agency was very easy, which was a great start. Overall, I have no complaints about Jenesis and find it to be an ideal tool for agency management.

Trainor was super helpful and patient in explaining the process, and answering my questions and helping us navigate the website. 

The videos were also awesome - short and easy to understand, and I love how they would really tell you to pause the video and try it yourself. It really makes me excited to see how easy to navigate the website.

I love how Jenesis keeps our customer service program organized. Having all of our customer information easy to locate is incredibly beneficial, as it streamlines our operations and ensures we can access critical data efficiently when needed. The platform as a whole is enjoyable to work with, as it supports our needs effectively.

I wish some of the features that Jenesis offers could be cherry-picked instead of having an all-or-nothing approach for the entire team. Example- Emailing from Jenesis I also wish the current package we are on is compatible with our Turbo rater.

The most valuable feature to me is the ability to text message. It has been helpful in contacting clients to remember to e-sign docs or to contact the agency.

**What do you like best about Jenesis?**

I love that Jenesis keeps a record of my policy holders. It is much easier to go to the system 1st to get info I need on my customers. I love that I can merge accounts into one place which is such a timesaver.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

There has been a few glitches lately that has been getting worked on. Luckily it doesn't take very long. Hopefully they get to be fewer and fewer.

**What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only issue has been glitches, which benefits me when they get right on it immediately and they do notify us so we are aware when there is an issue and when it is resolved. Communication is good with the techs.

**What do you like best about Jenesis?**

I like how user friendly it is. It's easy to navigate and I don't have to spend forever trying to figure out how to do something. The customer service is also top tier. I use this software everyday so it's essential that it be plesant to use, which it is.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

When there are updates, it can throw me off, espescially if i'm working fast.

It helps brings attention to policies I may have forgotten about with suspenses. And I like that it keeps track of my quotes and written policies because when it's bust I can't always keep track of that, and I can just go to my dashboard and see it.

The Jenesis platform is so intuitive. Our conversion was flawless and we were able to get up and running without skipping a beat! We use Jenesis every day in our agency and it has given us a place to keep everything neat, organized and easy to find. The Jenesis team is so nice, helpful and knowledgable! They make you feel like you are their only customer and the price point is perfect for the product they provide.

Jenesis is extremely easy to navigate, very dependable, a vital agency resource to our constantly changing industry as they are constantly making improvements that we request!  The service is outstanding as they are easy to contact, quick to help, and always listen.

There are no dislikes!! If I have to offer a suggestion at this time it would be for the accounting feature to be more involved to handle all accounting transactions we run into day to day.  With that said, knowing the team at Jenesis, I am sure this is already on the improvement project list.

**What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being in this industry for 25+ years, I started with paper files.  I have had a hard time in the past going "paperless", but with Jenesis I am able to make that happen.  Now, it hasn't happened overnight because it can be overwhelming to work with your daily workload and try to get old things filed in the system especially if you are OCD or a perfectionist.

We have been using jenesis since 1998 and were the first actual client with Jenesis. I would reccomend this software for any insurance agency. This software works with 90% of all the companies that we write with and has every report possible to keep up with our proficiency, quoting, employee records, quickbooks integration, training new employees, quoting, payment records and so many more. The customer service and Technical Support is top notch and if they cant fix it right there on the spot they work on it until its fixed. Jenesis also takes agent suggestions and implement them into the software in future updates if will be beneficial to many

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

Jenesis  does not currently integrate with Progressive Insurance

Because of the email/text options we are able to follow up easily with quotes and cancellation reminders so therefore turning a high percentage of quotes into policys and cancellations into reinstatements. Jenesis provides a management system to organize every quote and policy.  We are able to be file and paper free with Jenesis in our agency and can easily access the files for servicing our customers new and old.  We have a team ready to help us with any tech issue we may have with Jenesis during our business hours.  Jenesis helps us to have 3 different locations with seamless communication for agents in all different locations.

Honestly, not too many downsides.  Any time we recommend a change (no system is perfect), Jenesis always takes a strong approach and tries to best implement the requested changes to constantly improve on an already incredible program.

**What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been in business for 20+ years and knew our older system was archaic.  When we switched to Jenesis, our entire management platform was monumentally improved.  Jenesis also has very strong support and they constantly make changes/improvements based on live data/feedback.  This is an incredible company.  The ease of "dropping" Files/emails into their systems is incredible.  The note section is also very easy to use.  The entire layout can be streamlined by user, making each user compfortable with their own work flow, yet the system still works perfectly for the entire agency.  ALL of my staff absolutely loves this program/company.

You can save a contact/ send an email marketing/paying a policy/saved credit card numbers for the future payments/to measure opening statistics (newsletter/information)/To have a report for every contact and big data (with different filters), among others.

Amazing and useful application. There,  you can find every detail that you need for your company. In my case, I work with a insurance company, and I could combine CRM (Big Data)/Payments/ Credit score/EmailMarketing/ and to retain my customers and prospects with different strategies that the system support.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

Maybe, if you need to add another important information you just can use a NOTE. the system doesn´t permit to add another aspect or scale of value. For example in source of contact. You have 3o r 4 options. In my case, I needed to add the name of the companies that the contact came for us.

For example, we had a problem with some functions, in terms of payments/policies. Laura & Gia (trainers on the system) gave us all the support in the platform and we resolved all our questions.

The system is very easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The few times I've had to call in for help, I get someone almost immediately (usually Benny, haha) and they're able to help resolve issues right there or get a ticket in and within a day or so, I have a resolution.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

Jenesis Now isn't the most visually appealing, and I think that can be a hindrance in performing work effectively sometimes. I'd also love to have the ability to use the acord forms that are within the system without having to link to a client. I would also love to have the ability to link my Google calendar into the system, right now I have to manually enter in everything again so I don't.

Jenesis Now is tracking all of our clients data and info regarding them personally and their policy. It's a great way to keep track of policy changes and upcoming renewals. It's also a great way to track To-Dos.

Jenesis is so much easier to use and Navigate compared to our prior system, I absolutely love it. I personally integrated our old data, and enjoyed learning the new system.

The only complaint I have about Jenesis is the lack of ability to log claims in the system, however you can upload files so tracking them is something you can do, it is just a different process.

Jenesis has come a long way from when I first started using them. Definitely a 10. When you have an issue, their customer service is right there for you.

We've resdently switch from Jenesis Classic to JenesisNow. There are a few differences but you just pick up the phone and give them a call and they will going in and fix or correct the issue.

This program gives us everything we could possibly ask for in a customer management database. There are some features I've never even used. And a HUGE shoutout to the live support chat techs. They rock! They are always super quick and helpful. They jump on my chats most times within 30 seconds. I’ve worked with several techs many times and I’ve never stumped them with an issue or question.

**What do you dislike about Jenesis?**

The only thing I would like to change is the ability to resize the fonts, which would allow me to reduce the overall window size. It covers a little too much real estate for me. But that's just personal preference. And as added proof of their tech support, I mentioned this to a tech, and they're investigating the option.

I can search multiple data points to find customers and their data. There are multiple reports available that cover any trends or data points we need to track.

My favorite part about Jenesis is the organization and the ease of use of their software. I also really appreciate their willingness to get to the bottom of an issue and get it solved immediately if need be.

The only thing I dislike about Jenesis is that when we upgraded to the new version, we lost the rater in quote control. It did make the quoting process a little more tedious.

Jenesis is helping us to keep all of our client's information organized and is easily accessible. Making changes is a piece of cake, and we don't have to save changes when a customer is calling in to quote something without actually making the change.

The clients love the texts/emails for their birthdays. The suspense notes are good follow ups as well.

I wish it was more tailored to Insurance Associations - not just agencies. I also wish that we were able to set it up the way that we want, so it was more tailored to our preferences.
