What do you like best about Jenesis?

I appreciate the ease of use that Jenesis offers. It's straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy to operate for my insurance business needs. I also value the ease of getting in touch with customer support. Whenever I need to ask a question, it’s simple to reach someone for assistance. Furthermore, the availability of helpful videos on YouTube is incredibly beneficial; they offer solutions if I encounter any problems, which adds a lot of value. What do you dislike about Jenesis?

I'm not entirely sure about all the uploads, and my partner handles much of it, which leaves me a bit uncertain. Additionally, I struggle with understanding how to properly manage downloads without duplicating policies or clients, and I feel I am not fully up to standard on this aspect. I appreciate Jenesis for its valuable capability to text customers while keeping these text messages filed for documentation purposes. This feature is incredibly beneficial as it allows for clear documentation when customers make changes to their policies, such as adding or removing coverages. What do you dislike about Jenesis?

I find that the downloads in Jenesis are problematic. Whenever we download, they often don't come in correctly. This frequently results in changes to policy numbers or types. For example, if I enter a New Business and a download comes in, it may incorrectly change to a renewal. Similarly, if a renewal download comes in from a company and a number at the end is altered, it creates an entirely new policy in the system, which is confusing and causes inaccuracies. What do you like best about Jenesis?

I love Jenesis for its exceptional ease of use, which significantly enhances agency management tasks. The search function is particularly impressive as it efficiently pulls all the insured information onto one screen, saving me valuable time and effort. Adding new clients, managing work calendars, and other routine operations are streamlined, thanks to its user-friendly interface. I find this aspect of Jenesis to be a huge advantage, especially compared to our previous tool, Hawksoft, since the switch was largely motivated by Jenesis' superior functionality and straightforward usability. The initial setup of Jenesis was also remarkably easy, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. What do you dislike about Jenesis?

I would love to use the J-rater function, but since most of the companies I represent are smaller, its not feasible to integrate them all.

The company downloads can be a bit confusing, and "deleted" policies still appear in the customer profile with the same color-coding as active policies. Overall though, Jenesis makes managing my client's info really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

I was very impressed with Jenesis after attending a webinar. The system is very easy to use and thorough, which left a positive impression on me. I love the fact that Jenesis is web-based, as it provides flexibility and ease of access. I also find that Jenesis could be highly effective in tracking not only customers but prospects as well, enhancing client management and operational efficiency. The initial setup process of Jenesis, as learned from the webinar, is easy, which promises a smooth transition and quick start for any potential use in the future. Based on my observations, there are no areas in need of improvement, as everything works perfectly. Therefore, I am very inclined to use Jenesis alongside other tools like Turbo Rater, and I am quite likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague, as evidenced by my rating of 10 out of 10. What do you like best about Jenesis?

I find Jenesis incredibly helpful for keeping up with customer information, including their policy due dates, payments, renewals, cancellations, and other important details and documents. I love that as long as the information is correct, I have everything I need right at my fingertips, which makes managing customer interactions and policies straightforward and efficient. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to easily see what policy I last viewed, which helps streamline my workflow and prevents any potential oversight in managing policy details. What do you dislike about Jenesis?

I dislike that Jenesis does not show the policies I wrote in the last month, even though I have it set to do so. I also find it problematic that I cannot view all the pending renewals for commercial policies. Additionally, it is frustrating not being able to fix the dates on suspenses more easily and the lack of pop-ups or email notifications when they are needed. I find it problematic that when media is scanned into Jenesis, there isn't a drop down to attach the media to a specific policy at that point. This step is frequently missed, leading to potential organizational issues. Additionally, when a policy is pending renewal, the current term doesn't remain visible until renewal date. Trainor was super helpful and patient in explaining the process, and answering my questions and helping us navigate the website.

The videos were also awesome - short and easy to understand, and I love how they would really tell you to pause the video and try it yourself. It really makes me excited to see how easy to navigate the website.
