A suggestion would be to add a feature that allows documents sent out for eSignatures to attach directly to the client file automatically. **What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used a total of 7 different agency management systems in the 15 years I have been in the insurance industry. Two of the largest known of those systems being AMS 360 and Applied EPIC. I wouldn't choose either over Jenesis. The other systems have too many features that are truly not necessary to conduct business. They are also priced outrageously. ### 8. It wasn’t an overload of information. It was JUST enough information to help me use and navigate through the software without any issues! And, Scott was a great personal trainer. He was extremely helpful, personable and even gave me some extra tips that I could implement to help me with my daily tasks in Jenesis. He has also been following up with me even after our training session, to see if there is anything further he could help me with. When someone calls in with questions, we are immediately able to search their information and history and find the answers to their questions with all their information available to us and to them. JenesisNow keeps track of nearly everything in a central location for us, which is important for record keeping as well. **What do you dislike about Jenesis?** We've experienced some glitches in the system and they always have things to work on on the technical end. We're using the newer JenesisNow. But staffing is available to communicate through their online chat feature, email, or call feature in order to get things resolved during business hours. And they have always been there immediately for us. **Recommendations to others considering Jenesis:** Our rater isn't currently integrating. But they are working on getting this problem resolved. I recommend Jenesis for the wonderful system that it is. Even with the few problems we've experienced, it has far exceeded our expectations, is much easier and more intuitive than other insurance management systems we've used in other organizations, and is always improving as JenesisNow hasn't been around as long as the full Jenesis software. We expect it will continue to improve and we will continue to benefit as an agency and agents. We can also use it with our tablets remotely from wherever we are - which is huge during this pandemic challenge! As well as when we are on the road. We can get the answers for our clients quickly and easily. Paired with our Phone System, we are truly a modern agency! **What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have to search different systems that could manage generally, but not specific information for answers to a single question from a client. As admin, I was able to do that, but for others in our agency, it was a constant frustration - and I didn't realize how complicated it was until JN taught me a better, more efficient way! JenesisNow has really smoothed out not only the process, but also those feelings of frustration as we all now have nearly a single system we can use to keep track of everything. ### 34. The processes are not complicated and easy to follow especially after watching the you tube videos then having the trainer go over that information with you. Scott Bradshaw was my personal trainer and he has been fantastic. He was always easy to reach by email or phone for any questions and was always on-time to our scheduled zoom all. I would rate the overall process a 10. **What do you dislike about Jenesis?** There was nothing I disliked about my training experience with Jenesis software. **Recommendations to others considering Jenesis:** Sign up now! **What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to reach our to our clients faster than ever! ### 35. Amy and Kristie have gone way above and beyond in training us and helping us work out the quirks. The entire Jenesis team has been so very helpful and available. I love the chat option they have when you run into a problem **What do you dislike about Jenesis?** The addresses with some of our downloads aren't matching up but Jenenis is working hard on that issue for us. It should be corrected shortly. **Recommendations to others considering Jenesis:** Be patient. It takes a little time to transition but it's worth it. **What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our customers from all 3 of our offices can now chat/J-mail and we can see all the customers for all offices. I like that it keeps track of the customers you've been in on the main screen. I also like the feature that shows who accessed a policy and when. ### 40. We pull that customer up and with one glance you can tell what is going on with them. We make notes when anyone calls, so it's so up to date with data. **What do you dislike about Jenesis?** I don't care for the notes that pop up when entering a receipt for the client. We are checking to see if we are doing something wrong to cause this or if it is Jenesis. But that is the only thing I don't care for, it's time consuming. **Recommendations to others considering Jenesis:** If you are considering buying a software Jenesis would be your best bet. Its so easy to use and if you have any IT problems, you call them and it gets fixed immediately. **What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have realized that doing my E&O is so much easier using Jenesis. I really like the features of managing claims and contracts of customers / clients. Makes life easier with the proper documentation involved. **What do you dislike about Jenesis?** Support is only available during business hours and online. Being in a different country, as my business hours are different from the team's, I have faced a few problems with communicating with quality support or technical team. I also faced a lot of problems while setting up this software. It is not easy to use. Even tried taking help from the Webinars and online videos available but it still didn't help much. Linux not supported. I would say more cons than pros for this software **Recommendations to others considering Jenesis:** I would not exactly recommend this software as there are better alternatives available out there. Good for a trial version but wouldn't advice investing. **What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?** For my company, Jenesis has helped to keep a track of my claims, contracts, documents and policies. Being an oil company, I have to hedge my risks against different commodities or products and this is when Jenesis comes in handy. **Official Response from Jenna Kleiber:** > Hello! Secondly, when I had signed up for Jenesis and was able to use it, in order to understand it, there were Webinars and Live Online Training available which was quite unique. Jenesis is available on Android, Windows, iOS and Mac making accessibility much more easy. Many other software lacked an application feature. Along with this, I would even like to mention that the customer support is excellent. Top Marks. Customer Support is available online so problems can be addressed there and then. **What do you dislike about Jenesis?** Initially Jenesis can be a bit boring and time consuming but within no time anyone can get the hang of this and be a master. **Recommendations to others considering Jenesis:** Recommended to all. This is your one-stop solution for insurance and you won't regret it **What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had the privilege of working with almost half a dozen insurance management software but I have liked Jenesis the most. It is a cloud based software so it can be accessed by any of my employee no matter whichever part of the world he / she is in. My cost plan / package is dependent on the features / users / locations I want and this is the best part. No minimum fee of using this software as well. ### 47. You can easily click and drag emails to be saved to a client file, or import documents. This is crucial from an accounting perspective. **What do you dislike about Jenesis?** Some items, like the search feature, needs improvement. But, I have had a great response from the Jenesis team in improving the software. **Recommendations to others considering Jenesis:** I cannot speak to how this software works for insurance agents. I can only reference my experience from an accounting perspective. My primary needs involve searching for client records and then documenting payments, notes, etc. Jenesis works well for that purpose. I have also had an excellent response from Jenesis in various improvement requests. They have really listened well to our needs and have tweaked their software to improve the user experience. Also, they have met or exceeded expectation when an issue arises that requires immediate assistance.
