**What do you like best about iVoiceUp?**

I like iVoiceUp's versatility. It can be used with our members to receive their feedback and also internally to receive anonymous whistleblower complaints. It's a quick and efficient way of communicating with our members, especially since we have many members in different governorates. The initial setup was very easy; once we aligned our ideas, everything went smoothly. The team was very cooperative.

**What do you dislike about iVoiceUp?**

They should add a FAQ section for people who want to ask a question, not just suggest or complain. They could also do a community feature for inquiries.

**What problems is iVoiceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iVoiceUp for a quick and efficient way of communicating with members across different governorates. It's versatile for receiving feedback and internally managing whistleblower complaints.
