It is a highly adaptable system according to different scenarios, particularly because an unlimited number of users can be added. The staff remains available and is very responsive to answer technical questions that may arise if necessary.

The notification history could be improved so that only the read and processed notifications appear in gray (= processed status) and not all recent notifications, including those that have not yet been processed.

Automation in deadline management, informal discussions between departments without sharing the content with the author of the report. It is very appreciated to be able to add external authorities to my administration for some specific cases that require extended coordination/collaboration.

**What do you like best about Whistleblower Software?**

Easy-to-use tool, with good technical support to resolve doubts. The person who provides me support is very involved in solving my problems. Reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Whistleblower Software?**

The language theme (which, although it has very positive aspects, such as automatic translations from the informant, or they have languages like Catalan, can be improved, since they do not have all the languages I was looking for, for example, Galician). If they achieve it, they will obtain a very competitive product. Another aspect to improve is the telephone channel they provide. However, they have the option to leave voice messages (distorted).

I don't understand the question. I have previously mentioned that the telephone channel you offer can be improved.

Some terms at the beginning that are not very clear but this is probably due to the translation.

Software is intuitive to configure and use and there are so many features to modify it until everything is exactly as my company needs it. The automatic translation feature is also very helpful.
The whole process from the moment I booked a demo to rolling it out globally was supported by very friendly and helpful persons of my native language. Everything was very well documented and we were guided perfectly.

The only thing that I can possibly think of what may be missing is a dark mode of the website - that's all.

Ease of use, possibility to personalise the settings according ot UK regulations and company requirments. 
Giulia guided us through the process, was on hand to support with any questions we had. Training session was very thorough and clear, covering off all elements of the platform. She went above and beyond in trying to help us find out further information on UK response times to Whistleblowing cases.
