What problems is Whistleblower Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation in deadline management, informal discussions between departments without sharing the content with the author of the report. What do you dislike about Whistleblower Software?

The language theme (which, although it has very positive aspects, such as automatic translations from the informant, or they have languages like Catalan, can be improved, since they do not have all the languages I was looking for, for example, Galician). If they achieve it, they will obtain a very competitive product. Another aspect to improve is the telephone channel they provide. However, they have the option to leave voice messages (distorted).
