If I were comparing these for real-time use specifically, I’d ask:
- How fast the alerts actually arrive
- Whether they’re tied to CRM/contact context
- How configurable they are
- Whether the team can prioritize the right alerts instead of getting flooded

As a smaller team, we wanted simple, immediate signals without rolling out a bigger platform, and GMass turned out to be an ideal choice for us. It gives you the basics fast, which is often enough if your main goal is just knowing when someone engages so you can respond or prioritize follow-up.

### Comment 3

HubSpot worked well for us because the alerts were tied into the rest of the workflow, so it was easier to act on them quickly instead of just seeing the notification. That said, the speed of the alert mattered less than whether the team actually had a process for following up.

We found the apps were most useful when they made it easy to move from engagement signal to action, not just track opens and clicks.
