Assistance are very clear to solve the issues. **What do you dislike about iSAMS?** It is difficult to add some features from our perspective. **What problems is iSAMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** iSAMS Team gives clear instructions to help out solve the issues we have at school. ### 2. It has a nice sign in page **What do you dislike about iSAMS?** It's clunky. It's counterintuitive. Everything takes loads of processes to work. Simple tasks like loading in GCSE target grades can't be added to students. There's nowhere to log communication with parents or other stakeholders. Taking registers is way too complicated. It's not flexible across an all through school. Printing class lists seems impossible. You can't control output of reports without contacting the helpdesk. You can't use it to set cover without buying a different module. There's no flexibility on setting up mixed classes with different teachers.
