Gradelink is very user friendly and easy to navigate for staff, parents, and students. Their customer service is top-notch...Kate is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. If a feature is missing, there is often an alternative way to work around it. We use the SmartSend service daily to communicate with students and parents via email or text. Some of the features are a bit "clunky", especially from the scheduling perspective. It would also be nice to see an option for students to have a barcode on their ID so we could scan and automatically charge their account for lunches and other expenses they may incur at school.
