
I find Interact's product incredibly flexible and evolving, which caters well to our business needs. The support team is exceptional; they helped us with technical challenges and implemented effective governance models during the implementation phase. Interactive features, like forums and calendars, help to enhance communication and engagement within our organisation. The rewards feature is a brilliant addition, allowing staff recognition and boosting morale. The application and analytics dashboard are invaluable, offering insights and keeping staff engaged. One very minor issue is with the widgets, which can be a little restrictive at times. For instance, on the calendar, we are limited to having only five categories. Being part of a large organisation, we would like to have more categories. Although this is a small product-based tweak, it is something we would like to adjust.
