Competent and flexibel platform. **What do you dislike about Ingrid?** Lack features for automatic dynamic labels based on carrier information (eg. fossil free) **What problems is Ingrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Providing, to the customer, more exact delivery information in the checkout. So the customer gets more correct information on when to expect delivery of their order. - The possibility to add more carriers and services. So the customer can pick a choice that suits them.
