Account manager one of the best

Product is not very flexible as we want to but its ok, need just a little bit more time to set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infobip?

API is clear and simple.

The service is reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infobip?

All they want is to make more money and they don't really care about their existing customers if they don't send millions of email per months.

The quality of service and business relationship has really declined lately for small users like ourselves.

They now ask for a yearly subscription of 1200€ just to have access to their service (sms costs are on top of that)

I've received this notice on july 30th and have till august 6th to decide or we have 30 days to switch provider.

That is what I call really unfair business practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the only thing that's challenging is we dont have a preview of the actual message on how it will look like when sent to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of empathy by certain execs to the issue you are experiencing. more concerned re politically correct than actually understanding customer issue or complaint. Small and large customers get completely different treatment. Don't see long term partnership with customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infobip?

They are working closely with partners which is not the same with Twilio and DidLogic.

The service works pretty well.

The prices are good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infobip?

The web portal is not great. Recently I couldn't find how to change my current credit card to a new one and had to talk to support to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
