What do you like best about idloom?

I particularly appreciate idloom for its ease of use, which allows me to easily manage registrations and ticket sales for my rural festival. The management is considerably simplified and professional, which is a great advantage as a volunteer. Furthermore, I greatly appreciate the quality of customer relations with idloom. The staff is very responsive, providing quick and effective answers to my questions. This efficiency in customer service contributes to a very positive user experience. What problems is idloom solving and how is that benefiting you?

IDLOOM is helping us solve the complexity of managing event registrations in a large, decentralized university structure. With 11 faculties, numerous research groups, and lots of events each year—both small and large—our biggest challenge was streamlining registrations, communication flows. Hopefully this will do the same with payments for events when it is operational.

For our free events (which make up over 80% of our total), IDLOOM provides a reliable and user-friendly platform that centralizes registrations, automates communication, and reduces manual processing for our team. From intimate workshops to large-scale graduations with over 10,000 participants, the platform enables smooth attendee management, including seamless QR check-ins on site.

The platform's flexibility and scalability ensure it can grow with us. Once the integration with our internal accounting system is live, it will also simplify financial flows for our paid events—directing funds to the right accounts without manual intervention.

"HCC utilizes Idloom in a number of ways. It is a very valuable piece of software to the college."

What do you like best about idloom?

It is straightforward to get a registration page up and running in only a few minutes. It is also user-friendly and easy to train staff on how to use the system. I like how a registration can be customized in so many different ways depending on the type of event that is being held. I also like how the application can be used as an "online form" to capture user data, and the event parts can be disabled/tailored to that as well. It's not difficult to categorize events based on the profile groups and to find a specific event page based on the name or tagging feature.

What do you dislike about idloom?

It is a little harder to display when you have an event that is being held on multiple days and not a full range of days. I also think it's easy to miss the "Join Online" button in the confirmation email for an online event. The catalog feature is also less user-friendly. "Reliable, intuitive, and perfect for events of any size"

What do you like best about idloom?

We at GARBE have been using idloom for some time now for a variety of events and are very satisfied. This year, we had two particularly large events with up to 900 participants, where we were able to rely on idloom.

Especially during the check-in of these large groups, where things can quickly become hectic, it was helpful that the platform functioned reliably.

The handling in everyday use is also simple. We appreciate how uncomplicated it is to create individual domains for specific events and to design them flexibly in our own style. This not only makes the look more professional but also eases administration.

"Unsmooth Event Management"
