**What do you like best about Transact?**

We use Transact at our dstrict in planning the various bus routes needed for a mid-size city and the surrounding area.  It is also used for keeping us updatede and intergrated with our Federal Programs.  IT easily fit into our Cloud to allow for better communication.

**What do you dislike about Transact?**

It takes a lot of training for our staff to get acclimated to this program.

**What problems is Transact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aving fuel and the number of drivers we need.

Very good tool, it helped you to get your job done as promised.

**What do you dislike about Transact?**

I would appreciate it if it could be more user-friendly. Sometimes I get stuck when trying to navigate between options.

Get in my information straight and be more competitive.

**What do you like best about Transact?**

I like that there are forms readily available for many things while communicating with English language learners and their parents.

**What do you dislike about Transact?**

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about the program.

**Recommendations to others considering Transact:**

It is a great program for schools to use and it helps with communicating to parents that speak languages other than English.

**What problems is Transact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to send the forms to my students' parents. I like that the forms are translated for parents who speak other languages.

**What do you like best about Transact?**

The system is relatively easy to use. It is straightforward and user friends for consumers to make payments, and easy to see transactions on the back end .

**What do you dislike about Transact?**

In the past we have had issues during high traffic times with the system not being able to handle the flow. Additionally, if a late fee is added after a payment plan ends it does not allow the customer to pay it with the last payment, instead they must make two separate payments for the balance and then the late fee.

**Recommendations to others considering Transact:**

If you need a system that is easy to use for your company and your clients, I would recommend it. Make sure to look into what features you desire to ensure that it will meet your needs. 
It has options for Payment Plans, redistributing payments, finding transactions, emailing or printing receipts, and much more.

**What problems is Transact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CashNet ePayment helps us to collect payment from a variety of customers located in different geographic locations. Additionally, it has helped us implement a payment plan so our customers can make partial payments by certain dates and avoid late fees from us as long as they enroll in the plan.

**What do you like best about Transact?**

It can be good to use and allows us to change around the format of how we want to display to our customers. In addition, it has a really good security system implemented. 

**What do you dislike about Transact?**

Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to input everything you want, and registerning can be a bit of a hassle

I recommend reading through the terms and conditions clearly.

We are helping to make customers be able to register for classes with this

**What do you like best about Transact?**

System typically runs fast. Once you can get to a payment screen, the process is fairly easy, but getting to that point is VERY difficult.

**What do you dislike about Transact?**

The interface is very anti-user friendly (also known as user-unfriendly). Clients typically have such a difficult time navigating CashNet that they have to call me to navigate it for or with them. Now that I have memorized the steps to get to the end, I have it down, but it is always confusing for new users.
Even if I don't have a balance to pay, I get a notification that I have not viewed my online bill simply because I once had one. As far as I have found, there is no way to turn this off on the user-end.

**Recommendations to others considering Transact:**

Be prepared to help user after user navigate the CashNet system to pay anything. One screen in particular goes over the terms for using a credit card versus bank account/e-check. This screen requires the user to scroll for a good while through several lines of blank space, creating the look that there is no option to select and move onto the next step. This page is the biggest point of frustration as most users don't know to keep scrolling past nothingness to finally find the options to pay and move on.

**What problems is Transact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize CashNet for online payments for student accounts and to send billing statements via email. It does alert users to new and unpaid bills on a frequent basis, helping our default rate for said students.

**What do you like best about Transact?**

CashNet support is quick to fix issues when necessary. The client facing side doesn’t typically have issues and is straightforward. 

**What do you dislike about Transact?**

Software is plain and not really fresh & exciting. This can be helpful when working with some client bases but perhaps a rebrand would be nice. 

**What problems is Transact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing CashNet as a payment source that intergrates into another system that we then use in our functional area is really important. CashNet is secure, easy to use from a consumer view and accessible.
