We use Transact at our dstrict in planning the various bus routes needed for a mid-size city and the surrounding area. In the past we have had issues during high traffic times with the system not being able to handle the flow. Additionally, if a late fee is added after a payment plan ends it does not allow the customer to pay it with the last payment, instead they must make two separate payments for the balance and then the late fee. The interface is very anti-user friendly (also known as user-unfriendly). Clients typically have such a difficult time navigating CashNet that they have to call me to navigate it for or with them. Now that I have memorized the steps to get to the end, I have it down, but it is always confusing for new users.
