**What do you like best about Humanly?**

Humanly has an incredible level of commitment to making sure you achieve a successful outcome with their product. From a product side, I love the balance they strike between rapidly integrating the state-of-the-art in cool tech like AI, while also being pragmmatic to ensure you can use it safely, securely, and guardrailed to whatever level of tech you're comfortable with.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

I think if you're looking for something quick or self-serve, Humanly isn't as good because they want to ensure success.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanly uses AI to help deliver a delightful screening experience for candidates while at the same time organizing using the data from the screening process to save recruiters time. That helps us scale recruiting without compromising on the candidate experience.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

Lots of customizability within the product. Open-minded leadership that's able and willing to think outside the box. Very creative and solution-oriented team. Attentive customer support. I would buy and/or partner with them again.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

They're a lesser-known brand, but equally as strong of a product as others in the market. Couple of minor feature gaps, but they're already being addressed.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment automation is table stakes now for hiring at scale. Humanly gives us a variety of ways to automate recruitment without sacrificing employer brand. Their conversational AI is the best I've seen after reviewing a dozen competitors.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

What I like best about Qualifi is the time that it saves me.  As a busy retail manager, having an automated process to help screen applicants is a huge help.  I can reach out to applicants that I might not have taken the time with before, and gather more information about them without having to invest any time.  This has helped me find a few diamonds in the rough that I might have passed on previously.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

I cannot think of any downsides!  This is a great product.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management.  I can easily send an invitation to an applicant to complete the phone interview through Qualifi, and review the results when I have time.

Humanly has helped to support some of higher volume hiring needs by engaging potential candidates across different parts of the process to gather information, match to open opportunities and connect with a recruiter. This has primarily been a value in engaging more 'passive' candidates that have not yet applied and enabled recruiters to connect with a larger volume of leads they would not normally been able to engage.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

Humanly is such a boost to my team's productivity and to the candidate experience.   Implementation and integration were relatively straight forward compared ot other HR tech solutions.  Their Customer Success team has basiscally become an extension of our team. Amazing support and value.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

I wish I could get all of my colleagues to adopt it!

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping candidates come through our process and skipping the laborious process of creating profiles that some ATS require  just to apply for a job. Increases our conversion rate to full applications.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

This platform has been so great in helping me save time on the phone. As a recruiter, when you spend most of your day on the phone, it's very hard to complete any of the admin stuff. This helps cut my phone time down exceptionally and allows me to have shorter conversations with candidates where I'm still gauging their personality, but I don't have to ask every question like before.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

On occasion, the screen glitches and doesn't record a candidate's response, but it doesn't happen often enough to be a real nuisance.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of time I'm on the phone with a candidate is the big one. It's benefited me because I can now listen to the answers and get an idea of the person I'll be talking to instead of going in blind.

Qualifi is easy to use, terrific for candidate communications and easy to set up notifications.  When I needed help with things, my rep was very responsive.  It is a very robust tool that has really helped to streamline our processes.

I would like to see the capability to send candidate responses in a digest format for all candidates for a particular role.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initial phone screening takes a lot of time to capture information that Qualifi allows us to automate.  This allows our recruitment process to be more effective.

Humanly has been brilliant at helping out during the recruitment and compliance process, from guiding candidates through initial screening stages to helping them collate the correct right to work documents. Its helped us to reduce timeframes on high volume recruitment, as well as allowing candidates to apply wen it suits them

Qualifi has greatly improved the speed and flow of hiring candidates. Hearing the candidates voice and answers to the most commonly asked questions, eliminates a lot of the tedious and redundant parts of the hiring process. We can quickly sort through the qualified applicants and move forward with our target future employees.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Can't really say I dislike much. It fulfils the needs of my business effectively.

Helps filter candidates so that we are not wasting ours or the applicants time doing full interviews that are not a good fit.

It is easy to use and you can quickly qualify candidates through this platform. We tried to create this ourselves, but Qualifi made this much better than I ever created.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

It is a little pricy. I wish it was able to be integrated via our ADP system.  It is not 100% yet, but getting closer.

This product has replaced our manual phone screens.  This has made the process quicker and easier.

Humanly has helped us quickly and efficiently screen top of the funnel applicants, and drive in scheduled interviews.  Utilizing Humanly has had a significant positive impact on our hiring process

Qualifi is amazing because it makes interviewing more accessible for candidates. I like the ability to create and record custom questions for the interview. Qualifi is super simple to use and integrate into the interview process.

I do wish that candidates could have more opportunities re-record their responses to questions.

Working with the Humanly team was great.  They explained the product well and made setting it up accessible.

The cost was too much for the results we got.  This may be due to our potential applicant pool.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

I have a lot of clients that want to be very thorough in fully exploring the candidate market, but do not have time to be on that many calls. This solves their problem.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

There is nothing I dislike, but I look forward to them developing additional features. Specifically, I would love to create unlimited templates for invitations and landing pages. For example, I might have different messaging that goes out to candidates in various stages or use different wording for a software developer than I would for a call center rep. Right now, you can change variables and customize the template, but you can't use different templates. To mitigate that, I send the emails from an other system, so it's not a blocker.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is so precious. Not only do I save time on the calls themselves, but the transcripts the system creates are outstanding. Being able to speed read the transcript and just listen to anything that jumps out as particularly important is so useful. It also provides a great candidate experience. We've gotten a lot of very positive feedback. Part of that is some things we've done to make candidates feel like the interview is more two-way, such as creating FAQ videos about the opportunity/company/culture and inviting them to email with questions, but it's also just an intuitive system that is reliable, doesn't drop calls, is easy to navigate, and flows smoothly.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

The time savings is probably the most noticeable benefit. Being able to review and submit at any time of day is huge. I also enjoy the significant increase in the number of candidates the platform allows us to screen. Lastly, the recordings give us full transparency and promote collaboration as we move applicants to the final rounds.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

As Qualifi works for us in the background, it takes a conscious effort to stay on top of the process. Think of having a self-driving car, but it's still unsafe to fall asleep in the driver's seat.

Full Transparency into the early interview process. As well as 9-5 calendar time during the early stages.

not everyone will do the surey video, they feel uncomfortable and  therefore may not finish the prescreen, making us revert to the old proess

Saves time by helping identify potential job candidates who are eager and willing to work. This ensures I am reaching out to the candidates that are most qualified, eager, and willing to accept the position. Thus, assisting in employee retention.

Humanly has one of the best client services teams I've ever worked with. They were incredibly helpful during our implementation and provided a collaborative and customizable experience. I continue to be impressed by their response times, and we have had minimal issues or changes with the integration since it went live.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Humanly is used predominately in our application process, so we wanted to make this feature as user-friendly as possible. I was slightly disappointed with the limited options for embedding the chatbot feature in our Careers site.

The Chatbot feature is being used to gather more detailed candidate information during the application process in order to reduce the amount of time our recruiters spend screening.

Using Qualifi has allowed our Recruiters to narrow their focus and pin-point the eager candidates first. Doing so has saved them almost a whole month's workload!

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Sometimes the sound quality is poor, but this could be due to the candidate's connection. Like with any technology, there may be bugs that pop up here and there.

Humanly allows a customizable and interactive experience for our candidates.  It also allows us to showcase our culture through various branding opportunities.  Additionally, the team is a pleasure to work with and cares about understanding your business model to offer the best experience possible!

There are no specific dislikes that I have regarding their product.  They are adaptable to various ATS systems and willing to work around any roadblocks that may arise.

I like how easy it is to set up Humanly. The team creates everything for you and makes for a white-glove customer experience.

The downsides to Humnaly are marginal but if I had to pick, it would be the fact that making quick changes to chats and functionality are limited to reaching out to the team vs doing it quickly yourself.

The sluggish traditional application is being streamlined into a quick and user-friendly chat platform.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

Having specific questions to find the best fitting candidates for open positions and the ease of having interviews scheduled at a convenient time for the manager.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Have not experienced any downsides to using Humanly. On the contrary, It makes everyday scheduling very easy, and I can keep track of all scheduled interviews with the transcripts received.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanly can disqualify candidates based on their answers to fit our needs better. Sending verification emails and text reminders so I don't have to. Having interviews scheduled with the best possible applicants.

The quick engagement for all 57 restaurant locations and the ability for applicants to immediately schedule an interview with a management team.  The tool has increased the total number of applicants scheduling and showing up for interviews.

I have not found anything I dislike about Humanly. The team is innovative and works with us to create new ways of doing our job more effectively.

- Screening and scheduling from the website. Gets rid of that first screening call.
- Automatic transcription of interviews.
- Passes that info into more traditional ATS.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

If your team is stuck in a legacy mindset, I don't know how much this will help you. You have to be willing to call a spade a spade and accept that hiring today needs to be questioned from the ground up.

You don't have to boil the ocean of 30 candidates to get to one. Or at least, a computer does the boiling for you. Whereas people get to spend more time interviewing and getting to know candidates as individuals.

It helps so our recruiters are always hiring the right candidates.   We had an issue with candidates being a no-show to the interview, this helped so there is ALWAYS someone to interview.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

I would like it to be easier to splice together voice recordings.  That way we could mix and change what is played to the candidates without having to change the entire recording.

It will help you so you are always interviewing candidates. Makes scaling easier.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a high no-show rate for candidates we were interviewing.  Because of the no-shows that prescheduled interview block wasn't as productive.  This allows the team to fill those spots with another candidate who has already answered our interview questions.   So the recruiters are dramatically more productive.   It made it so we were in control of our schedule and who shows rather than relying totally on the candidate to show up for the interview.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

The ease of use, the amount of time that it saves my recruiter, and the ability to do interviews at the convenience of the potential candidate. The ability to do multiple interviews at one time. That you can send the recorded answers to the hiring managers so that the recruiter is not trying to paraphrase what the candidate said, it comes right from them and there are no details left out.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Only the fact that we cannot customize the type of interview it says when it is being sent to someone, like trying to use it for background checks or reference checks. When you send it out it automatically says employment and we would like the ability to do more with it.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved the problem of needing more people in our HR department. With this tool, the recruiter is able to do so many more interviews and get through so many more candidates than she could while doing it all manually.

Humanly has COMPLETELY revamped the hiring aspect of my job! The free time it has given me back is invaluable.

I love that Qualifi saves me SO much time! The system is easy to use, allows us to review so many more candidates per role, and their customer service is top notch!

Nothing that I can think of! The only suggestion I would have is for it to connect to Greenhouse, but that is something they are working on. Highly recommend this company!

Look no further, this is a platform that once you start using it, you won't know how you ever did it without!

I don't dislike anything but would love to use Qualifi for more than employment interviews.  We would love to be able to edit the invite and audio customization by job.

Using Qualifi has helped me connect with applicants that I may not have been able to reach previously because of time or availability of the applicant.  It has also been helpful that the applicant's exact answers are recorded.
