Another great aspect of HuddleUp is its ease of use. The platform is user-friendly and accessible, making it easy for team members to provide feedback and for managers to respond. ### 3. Makes Slack More Than Work!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayon K. | Video Editing Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

Donuts and Watercooler topics! Workers take off their minds from the work and meetings for a while and appreciate others with a donut, which makes them stand out and work harder even more! It keeps me motivated! And the watercooler topic just throws your mind to think about places to go, things to do, which fulfills a short break time period like to the workers, sometimes funny replies makes the whole workspace giggle!

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

I haven't come across any dislikes to HuddleUp right now! Kudos to the team for that! I don't know if the 5 daily donuts is an admin controllable thing, because sometimes there are more people to appreciate in the day that have helped you out!

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a video editor, and sometimes repeating timelines makes things boring. Encountering creative blocks is a common thing for me. This diverts my mind most of the time, and makes me happy and motivated to continue to work again!

  ### 4. Huddle with out Hurdle - Great 1 - 1 For All

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasala A. | Software Engineer 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

It's Very convenient and so far best for one on one communication and feedback with peers or colleagues, and didn't face any hurdles till now. It is very best to keep track of feedback at any time and provides the best analytics for team efforts and helps in balancing the work load.It also continuously benefits the employee by improving and checking the feedback.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Needs some improvements in User Interface.and whole features are not properly structured which needs someone to look at it and some times loading page is taking time and appropriate filters and reminder kind of service to track is needed.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier its kind of very hard to track how some one is performing and kind of huge and time taking process where Huddle up comes into picture and makes the process smooth and quick. We can give help people to get their rewards for their hard work.

As i use huddle up in the slack.so when hr send any feedback form to me then during the filling of form i am not able to submit the answer in the form of sentences.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venkatesh P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2023

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

Doughnuts are very helpful in huddle up for quick recognition. Organisation-wide surveys look like personal messages from management rather than a survey which is awesome.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Constant nudge to recognize teammates every weekend sometimes can be annoying,This would have been good if the user does not receive any notifications. This sometimes interrupts work.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management surveys feel like personal surveys to each and every employee rather than like a group survey which sometimes employees ignore. With this anyone can ask random questions and get a good feedback.

  ### 7. Staying connected has become so much easier!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prerna T. | Copywriter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

Apart from the important parts like the ease of collecting feedback, what I enjoy most about HuddleUp is the fun activities like giving donuts, watercooler topics etc. These features make it easy to disconnect from work for a bit to connect with your colleagues, even when working remotely!

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Not something I dislike I such, but just feedback (not sure if this feature already exists!)
Just like watercooler questions, you can add fun polls for teams to answer like simple yes or no questions, would you rather, this or that, etc!

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With HuddleUp, I can quickly (and anonymously) share feedback for my managers.
Our company has a hybrid working model, so HuddleUp makes it easy to stay connected and improve employee engagement

  ### 8. A vital need for all organizations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aishwarya P. | Associate Creative Head, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

It's anonymous and we can put out our hearts and be transparent about our views without anybody knowing. So i think that anonymity makes this very very useful in any organization.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

The portal UI is a bit hard to understand, its not easy enough that one can easily search for things & land up on what they are searching for. So i think an easy UI will help ofcourse.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team mates & even for me, it gives us an opportunity, a space to be heard, because at the lowest point of hierarchy, nobody listens to them without having an unbiased approach. so the anonymity is the best part for sure.

  ### 9. Time Saver

**Reviewed by:** Tabish A. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

One of the top features used in our organization is the Donuts feature to appreciate colleagues. Huddle up also creates a score of this which automates tasks for HR professionals. Great addon for slack

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Nothing much to dislike about huddleup, however most of the features that huddleup has isnt conveyed to the users intuitively. eg i wasnt aware that we could take feedback from collegues on slack through huddleup

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps maintain donuts and appreciation that we receive or give to our peers. this is quite motivating to see when u have received or empower people throught such small acts.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Nothing as of now, but the number of questions can be increased

Huddle up is solving the problem of giving feedback by an individual to a manager senior to him without any hesitation as it brings the factor of anonymity

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

I'll be recommending this to my friends or colleague, it's interesting and every time it tries to engage people even person working from home, will get a topic for conversation.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Sometimes the recommendations are not that interesting to share my person perspective, but it's a good experience till now, and I enjoy it very well.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most crucial problem in the workspace for work from the home employee is they only get to know the person they work in the team or require, and they don't every get a chance to interact with another couple. HuddleUp gives a topic for conversation. It's like an icebreaker.

  ### 12. Great tool to get the mood of the team & manage feedbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay P. | Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

The ability to request & give feedbacks seems most usefull to me, Team is more likely to give feedbacks online on specific questions rather then asking for general feedback in person.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

The questions un checkins shall be customizable. Sometimes questions does not seem relavent to what we are trying to know/ ask from the team. Also, Adding resources to address improvement points will help like some suggested steps or articles to read,

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee feedback, Knowing the mood & pain points of the employees, Tracking one on ones & their resolutions. Anonymous comments are more honest and help improve the processes.

  ### 13. Innovative HR Automation Right on Slack

Amazing donut rewards system to movitate employees and boost them.

Private dashboards for HRs to go through feedback's which are truly anonymous.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Too many repetitive notifications at time. Duplicates notifications are flooded to different channel if not taken care of.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the tedious task of going to each and every person to get an idea of their current work situation, also eliminating any holding back of negative feedback due to the anonymous nature of how it works.

  ### 14. Great tool for employee engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

The slack integration is super seamless and easy to use, the leaderboards and prompts help drive usage

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

The rewards system is based only on doughnuts, would love to customise what emoji we can use to reward people with each having differential value

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Day to day motivation of employees and giving recognition for extraordinary work, running surveys for the company

  ### 15. Review for Huddle Up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

The quizzes are very engaging. Other than that the recognition updates via donuts

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Too many updates. If we can have the option to snooze some days, it would be better.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to count the donuts we receive (for doing some good tasks), and if we get a decent amount fo the same, te HRs send the Zomato coupons.

  ### 16. Short & Simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

Feedback surveys are very useful and also motivating colleagues by giving them a donut is also supporting. Overall these are the 2 things I like about Huddle Up.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

While submitting the review about how are you feeling today, the comments can be easily known to the superior person so most of the employees fear putting any comments in the "how are you feeling today" survey.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it's helping me to open up about the ups and down in my organization. But I think Huddle Up should also conduct some sessions with the founders to make them understand what exactly the employee is trying to say by submitting the forms and what can be the solution to it. It can be a training session for the founders and how to implement the solutions in the company.

  ### 17. Just wonderful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Param S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2022

A very good bot to show gratitude towards your colleagues and keep healthy engagements within your workspace. I'd love to recommend this to everyone who wants something like this.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

There is nothing to dislike about this as far as the functionalities and easy of use are concerned, thought you can implement some more feature in the future to make it even better.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very basic yet powerful tool to keep yourself active inside your workspace, by showing your gratitude towards others through doughnuts etc. The watercooler topics are so cool too.

  ### 18. HuddleUp always up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akanksha J. | Quality Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

HuddleUp is a great way to communicate with people without any barrier, have an excellent UI, and quickly notify things. I have been using it for 2.5 years and found great functionality. I would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Sometimes call gets disconnected when the Vpn connection is active, which is the only cons I have seen, and I think this happens only for a few users.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Official files you can easily upload and download quickly, HuddleUp have now started notifying every making call history in the chat itself, which is excellent for tracking the session timings.

  ### 19. It is a wonderful tool to recognise and appreciate our colleagues at work place.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

Simple UI and collaboration with Slack. Simple to send doughnuts and receive them from our friends. Unique yet simple way for recognising the efforts from various teams.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Nothing. Everything seems to be perfect. But can we add a feature to request doughnuts? Few colleagues of mine take my help and do not acknowledge by contributing doughnuts. If there is an option to request, it would be a reminder to give doughnuts, and we would not be embarrassed to ask for doughnuts. Simply request for doughnuts, either they can accept or reject.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huddle up is helping me to track my efforts across various teams by people giving up doughnuts to recognise my contributions throughout the organisation. This is a great tool.

  ### 20. An amazing engagement and motivation methodology

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan B. | Manager - Business Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2022

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

I like how our HuddleUp sends out reminders for our peers to appreciate each other, which in usual circumstances get lost in thoughts.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

The engagement could be better, there could be one-one reminders or some engagement mechanisms to urge the crowd (who shys away most from participating) to get involved

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems of colleague appreciation definitely because all of us in the corporate field like to be appreciated once in a while for our efforts.

It has made giving feedback simplistic and minimalistic which is great to have as employees does not have make much effort while check-in or giving feedback. It makes our life easy

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

Donuts, weekly donut winner, and anonymous team feedbacks according to me are one of the best features of Huddle-Up

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Sometimes the Friday Donuts can feel spammy at the end of the week for if the admins set it up in multiple channels. I agree it's up to admins but Huddle should warn admins on how many channels it has already been set up.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appreciation of employees through Donuts and anonymous team/manager feedback helps a ton!

For us, HuddleUp is solving a problem of identifying the problems our employees have so that we can work around it. This also helps us to prevent attrition as their 'Red-Zone' feature is something that helps us to talk to dis-engaged employees.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

I want to be able to check donuts on the slack app itself and need not log in using the web browser. The huddle-up chat space should have many more options on slack than it currently does.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HuddleUp is solving the age-old problem of employees complaining about not receiving enough recognition. I am able to identify the hard workers who work under me and give them some credit.
