I have found myself putting in that extra 5-10% of work just to get some doughnuts. It's a fun way to track cross-team engagement and let someone know you appreciate their assistance.

As of now, I don't have any dislikes as nowhere I took a pause or brainstormed to understand anything while using Huddle up, I believe the flow is smooth.

It puts up the employee's worries up to the management, has seen the impact of it in our company where the management collects the concerns anonymously and works on them, and shares updates of the steps taken in relation to the concerns.

In the new Update of huddle the screen sharing of the partner is good.

Adding a person to the huddle is not user-friendly if the new user comes and tries to add a person, he needs time to search for the option of adding a person.

Easy way to chat with our colleague no struggle finidng our colleague, easy to send any code image or video, easy way to track all the bugs and tasks and also meetings.

Huddleup has helped us a lot with reducing the tension among our teams and helped create an engaged, motivated team. We are happy with the insights from the first run and it is a must-try I would say

WhatsApp availability, though they have told us they are working on it, we would love it if they come up with WhatsApp sooner. That's the only miss else overall great product & catchy insights

1. We have a hybrid structure, so engagement was a huge issue which was resolved with HU
2. Retention Rate: We are not able to retain more worthy employees

Huddle up gives insights on lots of aspects of your organization which helps in understanding what is going good and what is not and based on that you can pinpoint areas where you need to work on at the organization or team levels.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

Overall it is an excellent product but we can have more actionable items at some places which can help us utilize the analytics given by huddle up in a better way.

It is helping us understand whether our teams and organization as a whole is loving working here or not if not what are the areas we need to work on to promote a better working culture.
