**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

The depth of the analysis and insights I get on a real-time basis helps me take the appropriate action without any further delay. The UI is nimble and friendly to understand. 

It supports deep-diving into focus areas for a better diagnosis of the issues before it gets escalated further.

my 1on1s are more targeted and people have started believing in the team than ever.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

I have been using it for the past 6 months and I couldn't see any flaws till now!

If you care for your people, it's a must-have!!

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the lack of facetime in remote working, it was hard for me to understand how my team is feeling, what they are going through. Even though we used to have regular zoom calls, there were still some gaps that I couldn't address otherwise. Also, I could sense that people were not true to themselves when it comes to giving any critical feedback about work, policies or even me - there was a hesitation especially among the ones who were hired during the remote working times. 

After rolling out HuddleUp. the team could rebuild the trust in the system as they could feel that their voice could be heard and the relevant actions are being taken in no time! Instant gratification is the key!! Loved the platform there itself!

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

Their AI driven chatbot is good. Another feature we liked the most was the Social connection. Since most of the teams are working remotely, it gave them a chance to connect with one another more freequently.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

As of now, we are liking how the product is designed. So no complaints!

**Recommendations to others considering HuddleUp:**

If you really want to acknowledge and value your employee's state of mind, then go for it! you will not regret signing up with Huddle up. They will help you identify the problem, will give you proper data time to time and most importantly, they will help you to resolve the problem.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of employees not opening up freely about how they are feeling while working with us, is what we wanted to work upon. We now know the pain points and the areas of improvement as well. We as an organisation are now working towards it.

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

Weekly check-ins to understand the remote team sentiments are a life-saver. The chats are thoughtful that drive people to share honest feedback. It has opened up a communication channel that is helping us take immediate measures to keep teams aligned. Also, people are enjoying social connect over slack through watercooler moments & connection programs. Plus, the UI is delightful. Highly recommended!

Nothing as such. The team at HuddleUp has been highly supportive since the launch.

If you are looking to manage your teams better & build a sense of belonging, it's a must-have product. The best part about the product: it involves all stakeholders to drive the change collectively.

HuddleUp has significantly helped us stay connected with our remote teams through weekly check-ins & social connect. We have seen the engagement levels shoot up, people feeling heard & better coordination with their Managers.

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

AI-chatbot to drive weekly check-ins is impressive. It has helped us get to know what each team wants & align Managers accordingly. What has stood out for us is the employee-manager in-app messaging that has helped us uncover many things to improve. Great platform to make people heard & improve the overall culture.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

We have been using it for a few months & till now, the process has been smooth. So, nothing much to dislike as of now.

If looking to build a culture of continuous feedback, this tool surely helps!

Constantly listening to employees & driving initiatives with each being a part of it has helped us build an immersive culture. People are more open to share & receive feedback which is essential for a growing company like ours.

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

HuddleUp has been extremely helpful in boosting team morale and helping my team & I stay connected and address any concerns. The check-ins are fun, with an ability to interact with teams on real-time feedback. We have recently started the virtual CEO Coffee Connect program in Slack & the teams are loving it. Plus, everything delivered in Slack has been working well!

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

I don't think there's anything not to like about HuddleUp! My team finds the product easy to use, and we do not run into any roadblocks in terms of usability.

**What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping remote teams aligned & having fun together in Slack through connection programs has really helped us stay engaged.

**What do you like best about HuddleUp?**

The best thing about the tool is how smart it is and the insights it pulls out from the quick conversations. Also, it not only helps in gauging pulse but also gives suggestions on how to improve the same. It's a 360-degree  platform for employee retention & inter-department feedback.

**What do you dislike about HuddleUp?**

I actually cannot think of any. The product is thoroughly designed.

There was a gap in what the management assumes and what the situation actually is. The platform gives clarity on the teams, the performance, the managers, and the overall pulse, which significantly helps in making actionable decisions.

Nothing specific, it is based on ML, the more the data the better it is.
