# How to know which are the people who are at the risk of burnout or attrition?

I am user for almost 4-5 months and huddleup has really helped us build a feedback driven culture but I have never been able to identify individuals who are atof leaving my company. Can please help huddleup?

Hey Kovid, HuddleUp has the expertise of analyzing the trends of the feedback taken anonymously and suggests "people to meet" so that you can prioritize your conversation with the people who need your attention.

Hi Kovid :) Great to know that you have been using HuddleUp for 4 months and hope it has helped you to build a feedback-driven culture. HuddleUp has been ANONYMOUS from day one so we won't be able to highlight individuals but we do highlight disengaged teams and attrition-prone groups of people to reduce your effort and put your focus in the right direction. Please check our red-zone section for all the insights. Hope this helps.
