i like the ratings reccomend for hire, do not reccommend for hire but wish there was a "on hold" or "pending" review that you could later update to yes / no.

It would also be nice if you could add "tags" to candidate profile. for example if they interview now but they arent availalble to start for this hiring class would be nice to "tag" to easily search when hiring for the next or future classses,

I like utilizing one-way interviews to accelerate the hiring process, improve recruiter efficiency and engage candidates with a convenient, flexible interaction. I do wish that the recordings were available longer than 1 year. It was easier to share the links to each recorded interview instead of forwarding them to each person via the Modern Hire platform, where before, you could share the link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a lot of information for candidates to read, and some of them aren't technically savvy enough to understand how it works. Additionally, I'd like to see some auto adjustments for lighting and overall visibility, as some of them are very dark regarding lighting. I wish there was a feature where I could send a link to a candidate via Linkedin as opposed to having an actual job in Modern Hire for them to schedule time with me for opportunistic conversations. Its frustrating to have a few steps before I can actually send a link. I dont want to have to add all of this information to talk to a passive candidates I'm cold recruiting for.

Also, I think the passcodes should be shortened or each recruiter should have their own passcode that remains the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that when it went from just the GFR side of GEICO to using the platform to the entire company there were multiple issues with the recording button & login issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
