While Springboard is a solid tool overall, I find that system speed and data sync delays with VidCruiter can sometimes impact workflow efficiency. More flexibility in customizing fields and workflows would also be a great improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Springboard is built on top of Drupal which enables a high degree of customization. The software includes a number of useful features not found in some other systems such as an option to prompt donors to uplift to monthly recurring donations. The integration with Salesforce was reliable. We liked the we could develop both donation forms as well as name acquisition, survey and other types of forms on the same platform. Configuration is considerably more complicated compared to other non-profit donation platforms like GoFundMe Pro. The marketing team found it difficult to create donation pages without assistance from the IT team.
