Love the ability to schedule interviews separate from the interview reviewers. Able to send the link to the potential hire, then schedule reviewers to sign in and evaluate the interviews. Until recently, a second reviewer could see the comments and ratings of a previous reviewer for an interview. This kept us from getting legitimately independent assessments. Recently changes were made that removed this problem.

Having the applicants film their responses to posted questions doesn't give them the chance to overcome a weak performance. If we were meeting in person I could ask some follow-up or clarifying questions that could improve my impression of the applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing really. Just some candidates seem to get confused but just don't follow directions. Some candidates tell me they feel that it is awkward just viewing themselves on the screen. But I reassure them that is is a much easier way to tinerview than with the manager on the other side of the screen. Not sure how to improve the process or the awkwardness the candidates feel. The website is easy to use and efficient. I like that the emails are sent to both myslef, the candidate and whoever I add to the interview. I enjoy the emails I recieve whther or not they decide to accept or decline. I also enjoy the ease of calling in and joining the video chat room but also having the option to not be on video and just call in. When pressing the automatic record button when setting up the invite for the interview, the interview does not record. The record feature is extremely inconsistent at times and makes it difficult if we need to review any information that our candidates give and also just for quality control on our end and making sure we are asking the right questions and giving the corresct answeres to questions asked of us. Also sometimes trying to get into the chat room is a little difficult. When calling in I have to call 2-3 time in order to be able to get into the room Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
