&lt;p&gt;Components Engine’s reduction in clarification calls is probably the outcome I’d watch most closely. A 3D catalog really proves its value when customers can identify the exact assembly and part number without contacting support. I wonder whether teams also see fewer incorrect part orders once customers become comfortable using the exploded views themselves?&lt;/p&gt;
