**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

I continue to appreciate EV Reach’s simple interface and powerful remote support features. Managing multiple monitors, running several sessions at once, and quickly elevating admin permissions makes troubleshooting much more efficient. Their support team has also been responsive and helpful. However, sessions do occasionally drop unexpectedly and generate a new session ID, requiring the user to reconnect.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

It would also be helpful if technicians could view and select from active sessions instead of relying entirely on the customer to provide the 9-digit session code.

**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

EV reach has improved significantly, the software has been working much better with more features and tools. I use it in a daily basis, and I love the way how it runs in the computer.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

Yes, even though the dashboard or main screen looks great and it’s easy to use, having some steps for new users when they first open the app will be great. like a guided tour of the app.

Is making IT Solutions get faster for users in a simple way. Making It staff more empowered about their jobs and customer service. Excellence is main quality of this tool.

Remote Desktop and Access with EVReach Client. Secure and unattended remote session with multi-monitor support allows our IT Department to troubleshoot our workstations. 

Automation and Scripting: We deploy our core banking software to all 100+ workstations with EVReach built-in tools for automating routine tasks like software deployment, patch management, and reducing manual effort. 

Integration and Security: Deep AD Integration for device discovery is convenient for our organization. As an onboarding task, we unload EZReach for all workstations.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

Some users report occasional shortcomings in automation reliability and user interface intuitiveness, potentially requiring a learning curve for new admins.

Pricing can be higher for smaller setups, though it's justified for enterprise features in banking.

Remote task manager viewing without having to bother the end user and being able to view/add printers as well is great.

It would be nice to remotely access the computers when they are online even if they are off of our local network as you can with other remote access software.

Nothing. I absolutely HATE EV Reach. I've been in IT 22 years and have used multiple remote access systems. This is by far the worst one I have ever used.

Everything. The UI is terrible. The UX is terrible. The entire system is clunky and slow.

**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

EV Reach is an all-in-one program. The application provides excellent coverage with a list of features which any user can take advantage of to provide excellent service. The installation of the program is seamless and very easy. The Customer Support provided by the EV team is unmatched and allows for users to freely connect with them to solve problems and any issues faced. EV Reach is part of my daily used programs for remotely connecting to end user computers, as the program integrated into the internal network with ease. I am able to navigate the internal active directory, resetting passwords and more.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

The only issue that I am having with EV Reach is when the systems are older, there proves to be problematic to connect.

EV Reach allows myself and my entire team the ability to provide remote assistance to systems all over the globe. It creates a cost saving benefit because the team doesn't have to travel to provide support to specific issues and problems encountered by the business.

**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

I love the easy device visibility, it's become a great tool for everyone. It allows me to access our employees' computers and offers various valuable features. It makes device management much easier, it's fantastic to have different user levels.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

It would be really useful if there were a connector available between the two products. I also wish there were more pre-built packages to choose from. Occasionally, the machines do not register as expected. Additionally, I would like to have an option to hide groups.

**What problems is EV Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has significantly cut down the time and effort needed, making it very simple to automatically update specific applications. It has assisted me several times when working with users, and it also supports administrators in resolving issues for end users.

Try it out and don't be afraid to poke around into the various corners as there is lots of functionality that isn't easy to see right away.

Integration with AD and even with LAPS. Handy tools and scripts to deploy. Easy to manage and install programs. Useful controls on the remote control. Automation works well.

Missing 3rd party patching built-in. I know I can do it manually, but I need something that does patching automatically.

All sorts of technical support for endpoints. Interactive and non-interactive fixes or program installs. Running commands or pushing/getting files silently without interrupting the user.

I appreciated how smooth and quick the onboarding process was, as it didn't disrupt the staff's workflow at all. I also really like how seamlessly all the software applications are integrated, making the system very easy to use. What stands out to me most about EV Reach is the convenience of being able to manage everything from a single location.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

It would be nice if the remote access tool would ask the user for permission to connect. It would also be nice if it were a little more reliable so we can make sure we use it regularly.

**What problems is EV Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool provides me with very fast and stable connections to remote computers. I find the remote control feature especially useful. The workflows are also easy to use.

Sometimes the reach server crashes and does not get logon events and crashed which causes us to not be able to tell what user is logged into what workstation. Difficult to get support and sometimes the application completely crashes and losses connection to it's databases. The app losing connection to the DB(s) has been going on for a few years and support doesn't seem to have a clue of the cause or how to fix it.

**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

I work in a school that is 0.9 miles long from one end to the other. I use EV Reach every day. EV Reach saves me a lot of footwork. I can use it to remote into users' computers from my office and solve the easier problems that can be handled with a simple remote session. That feature alone saves me tons of time to work on computers and devices in need of repair.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

As for the downsides to EV Reach, I honestly wish the center of the screen would go to dark mode like the rest of the screen. After a long day in front of the screen, it would be nice to not have to strain the eyes reading black letters on a white screen. I prefer the white letters on a gray or black screen.

EV Reach is a great tool for remote support when working with on-network devices. We are able to remote it with a GUI or through a command line. It's simple to deploy scripts and to confirm they are working. The ability to deploy the agent was easy and it's very easy to push updates,

1. As we go more remote since it works on-prem it does not have a good feature for helping with off network devices.

The best part about EV is how easy it is to use and some tools can be used for rebooting or diagnosing issues without having to actually be "on" the machine. The user doesn't have to be involved at all. EV will allow you to jump onto a machine and restart it, or refresh or even close screens/windows that appear to be frozen. It's really useful!

The least thing to like is maybe that the software has to install at the time of attempting to jump on to a remote machine. Waiting for that can be slow.

Easy to use and faster accessibility. Easy to deploy the software and managing the machines at enterprise level having users more than 5000, and even the screen resolution doesn't blue while on remote

getting frequent errors while connecting the machines and most of the times, it doesn't detect the machines to take remote

**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

I like to ability to do many tasks remotely, without interrupting the user. Additionally, If I need to access the computer physically, I can gather information that I need to reduce interruption time of the user.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

I have not yet experienced any downsides.

**What problems is EV Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EV Reach for pushing out software, updates, viewing computer status, changing accounts, passwords ETC. This streamlines the work and helps the user to get back to work as quickly as possible with the fewest interruptions possible.

**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

EV Reach has significantly improved our IT support capabilities. Its remote control features are robust and reliable, allowing us to quickly resolve user issues regardless of their location. The ability to seamlessly transfer files and manage multiple sessions simultaneously has boosted our team's efficiency. EV Reach's intuitive interface and comprehensive set of tools make it an invaluable asset for any network engineer.

This is a great product. I can't think of anything that needs to be changed at this time

**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

In my company, it is extremely helpful due to the size of the company, it is such a great time saver due to the fact that as a department we can remote up the troubled PC, and fix it from a distance, increasing safety as well as efficiency.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

There are no real downsides that come to mind with EV Reach, the only small one being sometimes the responsiveness can drop, but this is most likely due to external factors such as network connection. Although, one improvement would be to disable the keyboard for the Remotee's PC when focussed on the window, as pressing the Windows key will open the start menu for both the Remotee and the user.

**What problems is EV Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great time saver, being able to remote into any pc in the company, and fix problems from your desk. Furthermore, it helps everyone in general as users are more likely to ask for the support they need if they know it is there.

**What do you like best about EV Reach?**

EV Reach has been very easy to start using as a newer IT person who provides support for users across multiple locations. As a regular user, it's been very dependable for my day-to-day support tasks as well as to help those having different issues.

**What do you dislike about EV Reach?**

Trying to update credentials is a little confusing, took a bit to figure out where to go.

**What problems is EV Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to access and remote into multiple devices, even simultaneously and for users in different locations, makes it easier to help those who need assistance when I can't be at their computer.

EV Reach is most helpful for its ability to remote into users' PCs, but also to remotely install or remove programs.

The ease of being able to find computer names and remote in quickly to solve an issue.

Creating scripts for pushing software can be time consuming until you become familiar with the application.

Being able to see users' issues in real time. This saves us time and money because we can solve issues within minutes, compared to having to drive to the site and interrupt the teacher and have them duplicate the issues they are having.

As a person who provides tech support to a school district with several building locations around the city, this is a huge daily time saver to installing software and troubleshooting issues with users remotely.

I have not found anything that I dislike or have issues with after using it for about a year.

I find EasyVista's EV Reach to be an exceptionally reliable and comprehensive tool with no significant drawbacks.

EV Reach seamlessly integrates with Active Directory, mirroring its usage and functionality. By leveraging Active Directory's existing structure, EV Reach simplifies user management and enhances security, making the transition smooth and intuitive for our IT team. This integration eliminates the need for redundant configurations and ensures that any changes in Active Directory are automatically reflected in EV Reach, maintaining alignment and efficiency in our IT operations.
