What do you like best about FrontSpin?

All of your call history and recordings are easily accessible. Notes attached to each call are also convenient and nice to see. It makes it super easy to pick up conversations with prospects right were you left off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

I can't think of anything off the top of my head. I have come from other forms of calling and I prefer frontspin 1000 times. If there were a way to do email sequencing, then it would truly have it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

It automatically synchronizes dial lists with salesforce reports. That means you can keep your dial lists evergreen and regularly updated as new leads qualify under the conditions you set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

I dislike the very clunky UI and lack of email features. You can technically send emails through the platform, but there are so many issues we ended up paying for a totally different email platform. One major issue is that if there's an issue with a field like {{FirstName}}, it'll send the email anyways, whereas other platforms would prevent the email from sending. What do you like best about FrontSpin?

Frontspin is pretty user-intuitive and easy to use. Every platform will have its kinks, etc., so what I love and appreciate is the support staff that seems to be on call for my business needs/concerns. What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

I was in search of an autodialer to accelerate my outbound outreach as a one-man shop dialing numbers off spreadsheets. When looking for an autodialer I came across a few options. FrontSpin's ease of use won that competition hands down. FrontSpin includes more functionality for less money than PhoneBurner, one of its competitors. You get a softphone by default with FrontSpin. While they recommend using the softphone over a hard-wired internet connection, I've had success using it with Bluetooth headphones over a Wi-Fi connection that is only being used by FrontSpin. If I have something else streaming, the connection can be questionable.

Perhaps my favorite FrontSpin feature is the voicemail drop. It automates one of the most repetitive tasks involved in this job. You can pre-record voicemails and drop them after the beep to leave a message without you needing to be on the call still. This saves valuable seconds on each call, adding up to a ton of saved time throughout the day. Another exciting feature of FrontSpin is how you can create playbooks. Playbooks queue leads to be called a certain number of days apart, setting up a cadence for outreach. I have mine set to a total of 5 contact attempts, scheduled 5 business days apart.

I've also been pleasantly surprised by how nice FrontSpin is to use as a makeshift CRM. I love the contact history that shows call dispositions, call recordings, and days between contact attempts all in one place. I do not have Salesforce or another CRM already, so FrontSpin has allowed me to create a comprehensive, searchable database of all of my lead. No longer do I have to switch between spreadsheets to find where a lead came from.

On top of all that, FrontSpin support has humans you can actually speak to when you have a problem. A rare and treasured thing in this day in age. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

The useless notifications tab. I don't have a Salesforce account so my notifications tab is nothing but Salesforce connection errors. It's definitely a bug of some type. Luckily FrontSpin's main functionality doesn't seem to be impacted by bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

Frontspin's best features are its speed and versatility. The platform allows you to take a multichannel approach with email, call, and LinkedIn outreach. As a high volume outbound SDR, I find the speed at which it allows you to move through a list to be the most important and helpful feature.

You can also take it slow if you'd like, building out custom lists with segmented customers. I support several campaigns at a time, so it's important to keep things separate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

Frontspin tends to be buggy at times; this is not an issue for the most part. One key issue I would point out is that to mark the disposition of a conversation, you have to pause the automatic dialing feature. This slows things down. Sometimes leads lists are locked and unable to dial by a certain date. Im still confused on the process of locking leads list for a certain amount of time. What do you like best about FrontSpin?

The tool itself has a clean look and is easily customizable. It integrates and syncs seamlessly with our CRM (Salesforce). The UI is even faster than Salesforce and does not need to reload after every change. The Power Dialer and the Contact History are the signature features, both easy to navigate and set up. With Europe as our main market we needed some customization to work efficiently. FrontSpin committed to these changes and delivered on-time. Last but certainly not least, their Sales, Product and Customer Success Teams provided and still provide us with every support we need. What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

There is nothing to dislike on the user-side, apart from some minor features which we cannot use in Europe for now (e.g. customer time zone recognition). The back-end (i.e. administration) is somewhat lagging behind compared to the tool itself. Mass-updating user settings, for example, is not possible in the UI. Nevertheless, FrontSpin is always happy to receive our requests and executes them immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

This tool is a beast and I have only been using the power dialer. It has let me put together more calls and kept me moving FAST. I am sold on the power and the way that focuses on getting people on calls ASAP.

The voicemail drop is amazing and lets me leave a message without needing to wait on the line. Answering machine starts, I just click a quick button and I am dialling the next number!

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

I haven't found anything that I really dislike so far, I am now using two different CRM's which makes it a little harder, but overall I am going much faster because of the process.
