Easy to build forms, easy to integrate into web managers (I've used this with ModX and with Wordpress). Easy to implement online payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

File upload features are lacking; creating complex form calculations is very challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Formstack to create forms on our website for rewards sign-ups, enewsletter sign-ups, service feedback, and general contact. We also utilize Formstack for our clients to order projects through our website, as well as transmit files to us. We also use Formstack forms to collect online payments using PayPal and Stripe.
