"Best tool for call coaching!"

What do you like best?

There are several features that really drive me to WANT to use Execvision.

-Smart Alerts, alert me when certain instances happen within a call

-Intuitive system helps me identify parts of the call where discovery, or challenging is going on

-Transcript has a search feature which allows me to find key words that are part of the selling process

-The calls all have a distribution of talk time (what % is the customer, what % is the rep)

-Toggling the audio does allow you to listen to one side of the conversation or another

-World class customer service!! Shout out to Reed, who has really invested the time to help Levelset get the most out of EV

-Stats on usage are great, it keeps me competitive in call reviews with my peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the Caller and the Customer get reversed. It's not too big a deal though, bc you can click one button to toggle the Caller and the Customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great tool. If you want to get the most out of it, you will need to invest a little time with the support team to get it set up. Reps will use it, as you can have calls sent to them based on occurrences in the call. You can also get stats on usage so as to ensure that it's being adopted.

The customer service is outstanding. I've never felt like our company is just a contract value to them. They've been encouraging in our growth, and have facilitated growth within our company through referrals and introductions to sales talent. They go ABOVE and BEYOND what most venders would do for their customers (and we aren't even that big of an organization). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This has really helped me to identify if the right verbiage is being used or not, thus improving the Rep adherence to company process. Additionally being able to flag key words like "Zoom" or "Screen Share" have helped me increase the amount of "On the Fly" demos my reps are having success with. Nothing to dislike. Im sure I dont use it optimally Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Have clear cut uses. Mgmt does not always use execvision so our value add is reduced. Its a great self awareness tool, but mgmt must use it so we can get maximum value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
