It reduces the amount of platforms we need to use to get the whole picture and helps save time. **What do you dislike about Decode?** It is similar to other user testing platforms so if you already have others, there may be some overlap where just having one or the other would make more sense. One feature I wish it had would being able to have the user's entire test recorded so we can hear all of their thoughs throughout the test even if it is just a multiple choice question. **What problems is Decode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like I mentioned before, it helps to have everything on one singular platform and is a time saver because of all of the features.
