**What do you like best about Employ?**

Since adopting Employ and its AI Video Interviews, we've seen a noticeable improvement in our hiring pipeline. I really value how it brings a modern twist to the traditional interviewing process. The candidates love it too. They've shared how unique and efficient their experience has been. My days as an HR Manager have become a whole lot brighter.

**What do you dislike about Employ?**

We've been using Employ for a while now. When I try to think of something I dislike about the platform, I genuinely draw a blank. It's seamlessly fit into our processes, and it's been an all-around positive experience for our team.

**What problems is Employ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Employ, our hiring cycles were dragging on and our screening process was all over the place. Now, with Employ's AI video interviews, we've trimmed down the hiring process a ton. We're getting to the right candidates faster, and that's given our whole team a lot more confidence when we're deciding who to bring onboard.

Employ's AI Video Interview by AI Recruiters feature has emerged as a powerful innovation. It has notably amplified our recruitment process, providing intuitive and dynamic interviews that enable us to communicate our company culture and job roles to potential candidates effectively. This functionality not only brings efficiency and excitement into candidate screening, it also frees up considerable time for our HR team.

The Hiring Process automation features are another win, ushering in a wave of simplification and automation for numerous tasks, including job postings and candidate tracking. The result is a frictionless experience for both our HR team and applicants, coupled with significant reductions in manual work and errors, and a notable acceleration of our hiring process. The I-9 and E-Verify automation is yet another asset within Employ, efficiently handling the intricate and time-consuming task of employment eligibility verification, ensuring regulatory compliance. Collectively, these features have brought about a radical improvement in our HR operations, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness.

This has notably improved our hiring quality while saving considerable time.

The software's Hiring Process automations have been instrumental in eliminating manual, repetitive tasks, thereby reducing the risk of human errors. From job postings to candidate tracking, automation has greatly sped up our hiring process and has resulted in a seamless experience for our team and applicants.

Moreover, the I-9 and E-Verify automation has taken over the complex task of verifying employment eligibility. Compliance with federal regulations, which was once a tedious task, has been significantly simplified, giving us more time to focus on strategic HR activities.
