I appreciate the predict feature and the relational database aspect of SAP Emarsys, which I find quite interesting. The ability to provide customer recommendations with a single click is particularly impressive. What do you dislike about SAP Emarsys?

I find setting up SAP Emarsys initially a bit complicated to understand how the system works. The learning curve, although manageable after receiving training, makes the onboarding process somewhat challenging. Furthermore, I am unsure about repurchasing SAP Emarsys due to the increased competition in the CRM market and feel that the platform lags in technological advancement compared to other CRM solutions.
