Emarsys makes it very easy to manage complex customer journeys across multiple channels. The automation flows are intuitive to set up, and the reporting gives clear insight into performance. I especially like how user-friendly the segmentation tools are — it’s quick to target the right customers and personalise campaigns. There can be a learning curve at the start if you’re new to automation platforms, and some advanced features take time to fully understand. The reporting dashboards could be more customizable, and occasionally the interface feels a little slow when handling large datasets. These are small issues compared to the overall value it provides.
