19+ features that are offered by Efficy CRM is designed in such a way by taking into consideration all the aspects related to every function of a business. Easy to learn and easy to use CRM tool for all types of business. Implementing this CRM is easy into your system as it is most compatible. Customer support system is prompt and timely resolutions are provided which keeps business continuity.

**What do you dislike about Efficy CRM?**

The number of integrations is a bit less than compared to other market players, If you can provide more integrations apart from google and microsoft, then it could become a market mover product.

I have all of my customer data on it, I can operate and maintain details and customer interactions timely with time stamp. Allows my clients to see their work progress and helps generate query tickets easily so that we can provide customer support on time.

As per the current scenario and trend Efficy CRM definatley help to grow a business and organization. It has the features that help to manage small and large task in a very easy way like lead generation, dashboard, catalogoue, data , document and much more. Also, integration of third party tools in efficient way is really good in Efficy CRM.

User interface could be improve as well as more customization could be provided to users.

**What do you like best about Efficy CRM?**

I am a small business owner, making sticky notes or being on the spreadsheets all day long but then Efficy came into play! Now keeping track of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns are very organized & also rewarding as we no more face leads loss or forgotten follow ups. 

The best part? Data privacy was sorted. Being European-based, efficy takes data security seriously, which is very important for me and also my customers.

I have seen a noticeable difference in outcomes, now building strong relationships with customers is easier than ever, and closing deals feels effortless and customer satisfaction is soaring.

At last, I would like to talk about the ease of use, where efficy excels, The user interface is very easy to understand and organised which adds realtime value to overall operations of my business.

To be very honest, it's mostly flawless but I would certainly want it to be a little more affordable for small businesses like mine.

Interface is most interactive  and gives feel of a video game  with great graphics, interface is the main feature of any application  Efficy sure does stand out in it.
Easily accessible  and can be accessed through mobile as well as tablet which makes it available on go and at any time.
Data analysis of coustmer is efficient and thus give make it great CRM. Surely creates great relationship with coustmers.

Number of features which Efficy offer are great in number and thus can be bit overwhelming for a new user and a new user can find it little bit confusing.
Secondly it is little bit expensive  specially  for the small firms.  Coustmer support is also not upto mark.

It was never is easy to get a good relationship with coustmers and that's where Efficy CRM steps in. It's great features  helps in knowing  couatmers better. It's powerful  search engine thus make coustmer interactions easily  accessible.

One thing where Efficy can improve is providing an upfront comprehensive training to minimise support requests. But, the support service was really helpful in sorting things out and enabled easy installation and integration with other tools.

- It is obvious that you can store information in CRM; however, most CRMs fail to organize the data efficiently which makes it hard for user to locate it easily. Efficy solves this problem and organize the data in much more organized manner and keep it centralized.
- On the go access is possible through Efficy. Which means, you can access it through your mobile phone/smartphone device.
- Efficy provides Data analytical tools as well, which allows you to gain insights from customer interaction. This would help organization in decision making.

- It could just take a little longer for anyone to gets comfortable with Efficy, just because it has a lot of featurs and it also offers customization to a lot of extent. This isn't a disadvantage though, however, could be a little time consuming.

Storing and orgaizing data so that it can be used later whenever needed. Its quite simpler for me to find data and take actions baed on the required. On top of it, it allows me to schedule meetings rigth from the CRM itself which saves a lot of time.
