**What do you like best about Edify?**

The product was highly regarded for its exceptional customer service, comprehensive call center features, and overall service offerings. Its ease of customization was also a significant advantage. However, the acquisition by Avaya subsequently led to modifications in both features and pricing.

**What do you dislike about Edify?**

Merger with Avaya, caused feature changes and pricing increase.
