**What do you like best about Drift?**

The Drift team has been so incredible during our onboarding phase. The backend of the playbook builds is so easy to use and make changes as we learn from the data. I am excited about the launch of the comment feature so colleagues can provide feedback on the playbooks. We are so excited to get started to start connecting with our prospects and customers on a more personal level.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

So far I have not had anything that I dislike. I think one of the biggest challenges will be balancing the time our team is available for chat with internal and other meetings in our day to day.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift will help us connect with our customers and prospects in real time, direct current customers to support options, quickly book meetings with prospects, allow web visitors to quickly find content they need, and help us invite prospects and clients to upcoming events and webinars.

the auto schedule feature with linked calendly

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

i think a text that notifies you in real time about messages that come through would be nice. 
i also dont like how it's not mandatory to put a contact name. that should be mandatory

it brings in leads, and i like the hands off scheduling

the timely notifications and the fact that theres an option to opt in and out of having email notifications

sometimes when the notifications come in batches (ie when the chat bot is speaking with the client) it gets a bit overwhelming but I understand that is something that comes with the notifications.

Drift is helping ask preliminary questions to clients and qualifying leads

I find the best thing about drift is it helps filtering who is coming through before we speak to them to ensure they really need a human.

I would say the translation can be a bit slow especailly with it being a livechat you want to respone as quick as possible

It solves the process of repsonding to people as quickly as possible as other methods take a lot longer and customers intrest can die down.

Customers can hop of for tech support and be connected ith te proper department, they can request a quote or sample, or they can request to learn more or ask questions by setting up a meeting. It's a quick way to meet with customers and get them assistacne asap.

Sometimes the chats are routed to the wrong people, or students come through the chat.
I have noticed the amount of students playing around and coming through has decreaded significantly in the past few months- thats very helpful.

Allowing customers to ask questions with a quick response or book a meeting quickly for an upcoming scheduled time.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift provides an endless amount of resources and integrations to ensure our experience is as successful as it can be. We are able to integrate with many of our internal data platforms (Salesforce, 6sense) to know more about our prospects and provide them with the best user experience. This top notch experience helps drive prospects through the funnel and influence high value conversions. We also have a great customer experience team to support our account, which makes all the difference.

We do not see any downsides to working with Drift.

Drift is online 24/7/365, which allows prospects to convert at anytime of the day or night. Without Drift, we would not be able to capture folks at the right time with the right messaging.

Great way to track activity on your website pages for more warm sales leads.  It's also extremely helpful to know exactly which pages they are browsing to help send leads targeted messaging.  I've also been able to book meetings using the chat feature.

Most of the time you have no idea who at an organization is browsing your website, and with large organizations it can be difficult to pinpoint which employee to reach out to

I have been lucky to use Drift for the better part of a year now. Not only are we able to talk to inbound prospects for the company but now we are able to send videos of ourselves on prospective social media pages. This will allow a more authentic experience and hopefully get the prospect more engaged!

At this time, I can not say much about what I dislike about Drift. I will say that I am anticipating the full capability this application can provide, however, this is a determining factor of the company I work for.

The problem that Drift is helping my company solve is better communication with prospective clients. This is beneficial for me because it allows for a seamless streamlining of communication.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

The speed you can get things from ideation to in front of users is nothing short of amazing. A/B testing capabilities, reporting and very granular metrics is very well done. It is easy to get people up and running in Drift and it has been easy to train other team members on it as well.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Sometimes the support with the engineering and technical teams can take a bit of time in terms of turn around with issues. It is difficult to get support on some of the newer features when they don't work correctly.

It helps us create leads directly from the chatbot. We are able to build AI to help market, qualify and help sell to prospects. We are even able to help assist them within enrollment using AI and playbooks. The live chat capabilities and UI are user friendly and we have heard positive things from our sales floor.

It helps automate inbound requests and sending videos to prospects is quick and easy.

The only thing that missed the mark for me was the automated bot set up a meeting for me one time but it was with a prospect for an account that would not fall under my name.

It makes it easy for people to get directed to a consultant when visiting the website. Sometimes that may come to me and I would not have to do any work.

For our team, Drift allows a seamless communication method for direct engagement with site users. Since moving to Drift our prospect engagement has improved. The ability to connect with specific people or book meetings in chat is huge. The team uses it daily. Implementation was easy and straightforward. Our Customer Support team does a great job with regular updates and best practices. Lastly, combining Drift with 6Sense and other tools like MutinyHQ, we can effectively target segments with a truly unique experience.

To be transparent, we don't have any Drift dislikes. It's a substantial tool that offers great features that we didn't previously have.

The drift chat bot often supplies us as a sales team, with warm leads or even the odd meeting with a prospect. It was a great way to interact with anyone who may have been visiting our website

I was a little confused with the concept of drift mined contacts as 'second hand or implied consent' as I found a lot of prospects had no idea what I was referring to.

I would improve the bot. The answer given are to general.

UI is very user-friendly. Easy to navigate to what you're looking for. Fast and responsive, especially the live-monitoring system.

Setting up meetings with customers is slightly tricky.

Ability to quickly record a video when doing cold outreach- easy to use! Also, it's great when sending a value touch to send over a video of the product vs. another case study, etc.

Sometimes when recording with your face and the screen, your face 'icon' can get in the way of what you are showing, but it's easy to move around on screen

It is helping me effective identify accounts to target as well as send quick, relevant videos to my accounts. Without it, I would be another email in an inbox- gotta break through the noise!

As an agent, I am thoroughly impressed with the Drift platform! Since we started using it, our interaction with customers has reached a new level of efficiency and quality.

The real-time chat feature is simply fantastic. I can instantly connect with website visitors and address their inquiries in real-time. This not only saves waiting time but also positively impacts the customer experience. 

The intelligent chatbots have also won me over. They handle frequently asked questions brilliantly and manage to gather crucial customer information before handing them over to me. This means that by the time I take over the conversation, I already have all the necessary context to provide personalized and practical assistance.

One of the things I love the most is the ability to customize messages based on the specific pages visitors are on. This creates a more genuine connection as we tailor our responses to their interests. Additionally, the automatic conversation routing system is a game-changer. Conversations go straight to the right team members, further streamlining the process.

It would be nice to have access to more detailed conversation analytics.
As a user, not an admin, I don't have wide access to my feedback on the conversations I had or data as to how much time I spent on my chats, and what could be better.  It can be also some sort of settings only my company has access.

It appears to be a tool that can kill 5 birds in 1, however, it overlaps with a lot of my existing tools in our tech stack which makes it a bit overwhelming when it's broken down for training.

The instant access to clients visiting the page is a plus. Very easy to implement for an entire sales organization. I use it 3-4 times a week.

As with any lead generation tool, it won't filter out a "good" lead from a "bad" lead, but that's the human element of sales to determine

I love that it's so easy to use! I can see past conversations potential customers may have had, and speak to them directly! It makes it so much easier for everyone in the company, and the notifications I get if I miss a chat are great too.

Once had a prospect book in time with me for the same day at 1.30pm even though it was already 8.30 at night, not sure why that was possible or if it's even Drift's fault (might not be).

We're able to have prospects hop on the website and speak to our bot, which is very helpful for after hours.
