**What do you like best about Drift?**

What is the most helpful about drift is its ease to understand and how user-friendly it is! I appriciate its compatability with other softwares and love how organized the website is.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I would say the only downside of drift is that I need to use it in conjunction with other softwares.

Drift is making meeting bookings easy and does a great job of reminding me of my bookings.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

The ability to route conversations to sales teams quicky and with advanced routing rules is key.  We also like and use multiple playbooks to help people get routed to the correct teams.  The managed services has helped us implement and expand our use and would highly recommend this service.  The integration with Salesforce has also been important to make sure we're reporting on overall usage and impact.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Really need to make sure your team is ready to use Drift and quickly respondes to conversations.  If not, it falls back to scheduling meetings, but certainly want users to get to a Person when possible.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows potential customers to get to the correct team quickly and accurately.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I love the ease of use and interface on Drift. I love the integration with Salesloft and am looking forward to utilizing video messaging. The live view is very helpful for matching accounts and ownership. We had a great Customer Service call with Sabrina and onboarding. Overall 10/10 experience with Drift so far.

So far I have no run into anything I dislike about Drift.

I really like the ability to get notifications straight to my phone. It allows me to connect with customers quickly and efficently.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

It was a little confusing at first the the launch page. But the actual app is very direct once you learn how to use it. Very user friendly.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company uses drift to automate questions which has allowed us to help over 1000 questions just from using it the past few months with out anyone needing to talk to the customer. It also allows us to get the customer to the right representative quickly.

the amount of tabs that it opens when you're browsing it, it's overwhelming sometimes

Very cool to be able to track customer intent and engage with prospects in real time as they browse our website.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The leads and prospects that are routed to me are not in my territory on Salesforce. We have tried everything we can in settings to alleviate the issue, however it hasn't worked and we reached out to our Drfit rep about it and haven't heard anything back from them.

Very user friendly tool, helps my organsation speak to our potential customers easily instead of them getting lost

The time the notification email could be shorter and the time for other colleagues to be pulled into a chat should be longer than 45 seconds. around a 1:30 seconds at least

It helps potential customers to speak us very quickly so we can divert them to the right team and it is very easy to use.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I guess the fundamentals are there, like their name though they have just 'drifted' the last few years

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Having been with Drift for 3 years the best summary I can give is that this is a company in decline. We recently decided not to renew.

First year we had a full customer success manager with QBR's, 2nd year we had a customer success manager, I mean i knew his name  and he helped escalate technical support tickets but he wasn't a ''success'' manager in the sense of helping us optimize our playbooks, no regular meetings; 3rd year the CSM just disappeared - nothing, nada.

When the time came to renew about 2 months before, suddenly they took an interest in our account (money). When I asked ''oh nice to hear from you, but where have you been the last 10 months'' they said, oh we took away CSM managers on your account level, now there is just CSM on demand. 

Now I have no idea what ''CSM on demand'' as a concept is, but when you're paying $15K p.a requiring an I.O/contract and C-level signature I think this type of martech buy deserves a CSM. Even if the frequency of meetings need to be reduced, you can have a CSM reviewing an account every 1-2 months. They just removed this and never even told us!!

Aside from there downgrading of their CMS function and lack of transparency, they seem to have moved their basic customer support to India. These chat support handlers are appalling - I mean they know nothing. My knowledge of Drift is better than theirs.

The one exception to this sea of mediocrity is Natali a CS representative based in London - who deserves a huge pay rise.

In terms of product, again nada, nothing. I literally saw just one product release over the last 2 years. 

Everything else needs improving - their playbook builder, reports - all need UX/UI improvements. I am currently onboarding with Qualified and the difference is light and day.Drift is missing simple things like the ability to move the playbook around by mouse, to change the width of buttons, to customize the chatbot UI. 

Intergrations are also minimal and poor, exasperating our marketing ops team.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are supposed to support conversational marketing and they could if they had a customer success  team in place and a product team shipping new products and product improvements.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Overall, Drift provides insight to real time interest from my accounts, arming me with more info on when/how to approach them. I like that I am able to message website viewers in real time, and the Salesforce integration that filters to only my acconuts and will even drop my personal meeting link makes me feel like the tool allows us to approach contacts from every angle. The dashboard doesn't feel overwhelming, but at the same time it includes a lot of information.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I'm a new user, so I don't know if it's a dislike or more that I'm learning how to use the platform, but the setting for notifications on just my accounts were kind of confusing to set up.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be difficult to know WHEN to enagage with a new account, Drift helps provide real time insight on what a person or company is specifically looking at. This helps me as a sales rep gives me direction on who to appraoch and to create messaging that is more likely to resonate.

It is easy to set up & use, and it integrates well with marketing, CRM, and ABM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demandbase. The Drift profiles and meetings are one of the best Drift features.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The chat/conversation routing rules & playbook goals are still complicated. Time and again, it keeps on throwing lead sync errors. However, it gets fixed most of the time automatically.

The Drift has solved the slow response rates from the prospects. Our meeting bookings are up month over month. It has helped to disqualify the junk and bad leads, sales do not have to deal with the known junk leads.

Integrations with calendar, CRM, and other systems is seamless and easy. It directly drives connectivity to the correct person to increase sales and accelerate response time. Our opportunity creation and qualification from inbound chat activity has grown and become much more accurate.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Initial setup can be burdensome. The workflows, chat mappings and workflow can be difficult. It would be great to see more pre-made templates.

Inbound sales activity is mapped to specific account teams which decreases response time and speed to lead. Customers are able to bring projects and questions to us directly that may not have a good point of contact or email to reach out to.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift has been great as an SDR! It makes it easy for us to help our current clients with customer support in addition to connecting us immediately with prospective customers. I use it every day and am very pleased with the ease of use. Additionally, I use Drift to prospect and view who has visited our website and what they were specifically looking at when exploring it.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The thing I would change about Drift is the routing of Drift to our Salesforce. I wish the routing would be connected to the same person who talked to them over Drift. I also wish it could filter out some more spam, but alas people lie to the platform.

I'm simply and end user, but it has been very easily to set up the link and I've already recevied some meetings set with no extra effort. When Inbound comes in from other sources it has been very easy as well. If it works and doesn't take me a lot of time, I'll like anything.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

I thought it was simply a chat box where I could interact with prospects who visit our website. However, it is much more than that! Drift syncs with your account book so that when leads specifically in your territory engage with anything on your website, you are notified in real-time! Not only are you notified, but you can also tell what material they engaged with and where they are located worldwide. From a rep who is 100% outbound, this tool provides insight into warm leads, making my job easier. It is also helpful to get the email digests every week, showing the engagement score on my accounts over the past week.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I do not dislike much about Drift, but I would prefer if it could tell me when someone from one of my accounts submits a demo request, rather than just engages.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the issue of having a human on the other end to contact prospects or customers who visit the website. Also solves the problem of weak visibility into warm leads at each of my accounts.

I'm a huge fan of Drift Prospector and leveraing the 'Engagement' scores to determine which of my accounts are showing the highest levels of intent and good prospects for outreach.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The only thing I dislike is sometimes the notifications will be a bit delayed or open up to a blank page that has to be refreshed and I loose the conversation. Doesn't happen too often but something to be aware of.

Drift is showing my which accounts in my book of business are already showing signs of intent and makes finding pipeline and opportunities easier.

It's super intuitive and easy to figure out. As someone pretty new to sales and having to learn how to navigate multiple different tools, I found drift to be intuitive and easy to figure out. Additionally it's great for prosepcting and really understanding how to distinguish high quality leads.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The only thing I wish I could change is getting rid of non ICP accounts or filtering the people on our page in order of quality.

Being able to engage live with customers, and when there's an inquiry giving them live feedback or the option to book a call right then and there!

**What do you like best about Drift?**

The customer support and services team are amazing. They offer many invaluable features and enhancements on top of chat.  The features enable us to see and track the companies of "anonymous" users.  Very simular to services you'd find with 6sense or other dark funnel tools.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

We purchased Drift mainly for the chat feature.  It's functional, but I lacks many common and expected features.  The workflow can be very complex to create.  The "modules" in the chat (the copy in if/then flows) are not global content areas.  Meaning, you have to recreate them for each and every workflow.  This also means you can't report on a questions/comment area across multiple chats.  In other words, I can't see common dropoff points across chat flows.  The reporting is very weak and lacking.  Lastly, they sell "AI Chatbot".  There is nothing AI about the chatbot.  It's nothing more than if/then based responses on a database of keywords you have to manually create.  It's a very laborious process.  You have to input the key word, then tell Drift exactly what response or action to take.  With today's technology, I would have expected a site scrape and search-like feature.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift provides us with a basic chat service.  We were hoping to be able to use the AI Chatbot feature, but it has been very underwhelming.  It is functional for live chat, but has taken a lot more work to implement than expected.

I love how effiecient it is to schedule a meeting and how easy it is to talk with clients. The implementation is easy. When I have a question customer support is very simple to chat with and my company alows us to have a frequency of use of Drift. There is a strong ease of integration as I use it with my calendar. The number of features is crazy, there are a lot of things to do and accomplish. 10/10

Right now, I have only used Drift for about a week. I guess I would say, I wish I could chat in with clients.

The expertise of the Drift support crew is a huge help. If you're able to get their experts to dedicate some hours each month it will pay dividends for you. The reporting is great, however as with most 3rd party integrations it's important to have clarity on the metrics and how they translate to $ (new or existing).

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

It takes effort to make work, but then so does every 3rd party platform or plug in. A big part of Drift's success comes down to how well you onboard the platform and how engaged or enthusiastic the Drift users are.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift solves the problem of 'time to respond' to requests. Drift provides a more instant response compared to emails or forms. This provides a better experience to those that engage the bot.

The direct and easy contact with sie-visitors, it make our job better and easier. Lost of interesting leads coming trhough it. Good conversation skills of the chatbot. Super user friendly. Good onboarding sessions to implement it from the Drift team and CS.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I would like to be able to choose to get notifications only for german speaking visitors, and also new business. Per region to have a fair distribution of the meetings between the team. Also that it goes fully in line with our calendar and our working hours so that we get online/offline automatically if we are or not in the company working.

What I love is that is very simple and easy-to-use interface that allows me to customize the chat widget, create playbooks, and manage conversations. I can also integrate Drift.com with other tools I use, such as email, CRM, and analytics.

I've noticed a delay when I have to cancel a meeting but the app sometimes sends reminders for a call that no longer exists.
