What do you like best?

The team was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of digital and social media marketing and they spend significant time and resource in order to learn the details of the Livery leasing business, which really helped in generating qualified leads that resulted in increased closings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had some turnover at the beginning with sales people, but once they learned the business, and more importantly the pain points of our customers, the turnover stopped and appointment rates increased steadily. We do a ton of cold calling. I mean tons and we needed to get an accurate list built for a special project. I submitted all of our requirements to CloudTask after reading some of the other reviews. They turned the list around in less time than estimated and we went to work.

Fast, reliable and cost-effective remote talent! CloudTask delivered outstanding remote talent, on-demand and filled a gap from Data (lead) Sourcing to Remote SDR to Net New Pipeline.

CloudTask was instrumental in providing specialized talent for specific jobs.

We had created a reoccurring high volume appointment setting process and we contracted with CloudTask to provide an "SDR Admin" role. The role was responsible for sending, in real-time, meeting invites, confirmations and follow-ups for future meetings that were booked moments ago by an SDR.

The quick and efficient deployment of the SDR Admin Role allowed our SDR reps to remain on the phones booking appointments. When a new appointment was booked the SDR notified the SDR Admin via Slack and from there the SDR admin would send the meeting invites, follows ups, and schedule confirmation calls. With the addition of remote help from CloudTask we were able to "Hyper Focus" our SDR role and book more meetings, create more pipeline and drive more revenue.

CloudTask was also instrumental in providing ongoing, professional data (lead) management, procurement hygiene and validation services - remotely, through highly skilled talent.

As for my review, A 9 is perfect in my book!

If you're looking to scale while minimizing overhead partnering with CloudTask is worth exploring. Also, the better defined your processes for customer interactions are, the faster you'll see results. If you don't have your SOP's clarified, they can help you define them. Just don't take shortcuts on the planning step when you don't have a defined process in place - as clients I feel like we can tend to do that a lot sometimes -- I'm sure this partnership would not have worked out as well if we had fallen into the habit this go-round. I would say that one of my initial worries was that CloudTask would have some sort of language barrier, but that wasn’t the case at all. That’s a non-issue. Our in-house team in the US has a bigger language barrier (at times) than CloudTask. I can’t think of anything I can dislike really. Maybe they can help us scale better. In two companies, it was CloudTask's team of sales ninjas that followed up on 1000s of "vintage" leads to find the needle in the haystack. While @ipswitch, CloudTask was responsible for over $6MM of pipeline in a matter of months. The management team works hard on training and the integration of its tech stack to gain velocity and power for a marketing organization that supports demand creation. We tested CloudTask at Lola and decided that we weren't quite ready for this system. I recommend Cloud Task for a sales, marketing, or ops team looking to figure out what works or does not. We hired CloudTask to help promote MQL's to SQL's for our sales reps. We had a bunch of online lead conversions but not enough help in following up nor did we have a good process for follow up. CloudTask helped us bridge this gap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CloudTask has solid people and processes in place to support your engagement. The BDR's they hire are a bit green so you need to have the proper expectation going in to it that there will a significant ramp period to get them up and running on your product/service. You'll need to weigh this against bringing in an internal hire. For us the plug and play nature of the service outweighed the idea of recruiting, training and managing internal BDRs.
