What do you like best about Deck Commerce?

The product is stable and has not had any issues dealing with our 20%+ YoY growth and our dramatically increased volume during holidays. Our in-house OMS had become difficult to support and scale and introducing Deck Commerce OMS allowed us to cut staffing in half and offer a better service. What do you dislike about Deck Commerce?

Dislike is a strong word. I don't dislike anything about Deck Commerce. They are accomidating and attentive and we enjoy working with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A cost effect place for Customer care to manage orders that don't flow through automatically.

A Buy online return in store feature for our eComm business that actually increases sales in retail.

A stable integration point between our store front and ERP systems.
